3 months and I haven't seen my order and my money. They don't even response on emails.
Scam, avoid it

The products arrived late but everything is perfect.
Don't worry this is not a scam!

I received the first item after 2 weeks and the last after 1 month.
The client support is lacking people and they have a lot of mails which they can't answer.
The products will mostly arrive from the brand manufacturers and if the shop does not reply you, you can send an email to the brand and they will confirm your order.
Prices are low but shipping is not good. That said: this shouldn't be a scam but don't expect to receive fast and discreet, there was the name of the product and shop on the package.

The woman of the support (KLARA) said that they are renewing the company and the team changed completely.
Don't panic, it will take some time but you will receive the items!

Man they changed their Trustpilot ID from ledgrowshop to "farsades.com" so people can't find the reviews lol.
Scam company.. 6 weeks delays.. no reply.. Enjoy your orders

I broke the golden rule: check the reviews before making a purchase! So if you've remembered to do that and you're here looking for reviews to make an informed judgement, here's another negative review to warn you to stay away from ledgrowshop.eu! I got one nice e-mail reply after 2 weeks of waiting, saying some excuse about moving warehouses, and then when I gave them an ultimatum of 1 week to either refund me or deliver my order, not a peep!
Disappointing that there are still blatant scammers out there.
Hopefully Visa can get my money back, if not the bad guys win again!

As many before me, I ordered and paid before checking the site integrity.
Afraid to lose the money, I sent them an email mentioning European Consumer Centres. I received the reply in less than 24 hours. Needed to send the payment confirmation twice, but all together, the order from 26th June has arrived today, as promised. This is also the reason for the 4 stars.

I ordered 3 items on 05.05.2022, controler ph, controler termotemperature + led light Marshydro fce 6500. Total price 670€. the lamp price was 602€. The order came in 3 days by GLS, only 2 items arrived, but the lamp not. So i made a research here, and i panic with the reviews...I started sent emails to ledgrowshop, and they told me the lamp will be send by the brand directly. So i sent 1 email to the brand Marshydro, and they confirmed ledgrowshop its legit, but the owner usually pays after having a few bank transfers...i sent even more emails to ledgrowshop, and they stop to answer to me...So 8 weeks has passed, and finally the lamp arrived to my home!! So i can confirm this site its legit, everything i payed, i received in my home with a big delay. If i will buy again in ledgrowshop? Nope...the service and support doesnt exist. If you are searching a led light, buy directly on the brand. Marshydro support was amazing with me, and they made pressure to the ledgrowshop owner.

Avoid this website. After been informed they didn't have the item I was looking for in stock I was offered a refund. They quickly replied saying that was no problem but now a month later still non refund and any email sent has gone unanswered. Avoid at all costs.

Hello everyone, I ordered a lamp on this site for 1020€, the order number 2021015964 almost three weeks have passed, sending to my country never happened to letters asking for a refund do not respond in any way, quickly helped to find the number of this David Bukoyan +420 604 751 882. I have drawn up an appeal to the police and ECC friends from Prague promised to help, I wonder how this is possible and who gives them permission to deceive people.

Allmost 1 month after paying my order no reaction on mails the order is not comming in. Not even a tracking number. Who is gooing to pay me back of delivering my stuff anyway? Ease advertising good prices if on don't ship but only take the money.

No response to emails , no tracking number. I wasted 180eur for this scam. Report where you can this webshop!!

Do not order from these thieves. They won't send your package..they won't respond to your email..stay away from these thieves..I ordered bunch of things costing me over 1000euros and now I m going through hell getting my money back

Never to be used again ! I ordered smaller things, never had a problem, then i decided since everything went fast on delivery, why not order something more expensive, there as well, as it said IN STOCK, so i did.. it took them over 27 days to get me a proper tracking number, refund because of the time waited is not an option, they keep giving the same answer every time, will send tracking when we have it, so i understood that this company, is a dropshipping company, even said so on the package, not seller only sender or smtn like that, they order the items from the suplier, to your adress, even if it says in stock its not in their warehouse, maybe smaller things are, but not the more expensive or oversized things..
I personally will not use this company any more not even for smaller purchases

Ordered a transformer from them on the 9 of March. In stock it said. When I email them about the tracking number they say it has been sent but can not provide the number. It has been like this for the last 3 weeks. Will contact VISA on Friday to inform them about this handling.

Hey everybody. Let me tell you my experience with ledgrowshop.eu.
Unfortunately i ran into this trap and didnt check the reviews before i bought my growlight. So i have ordered 25. March and was waiting for the 24 hours processing and the 7 days shipping as they are stating on their website. Of course nothing happened so i started to emailing them. They responded for my all emails after 24 hours. At first i have got an answer that they didnt see my order and now it is going to be processed (two weeks later) and they will send tracking number soon. They didnt send any trackin so i kept emailing them and they kept repeating that my parcel is on its way and they give me tracking soon.
As nothin happened for more tha one month i decided to report them to the ECC EUROPE in 04 May. They were very helpful. After two days ECC got me my tracking number finally. And an other few days later i have got my tracking from ledgrowshop.eu. and the shipment just arrived to my country today. So it took me from 25 of March to 18 of May to get my order. I cant recommend them as their communication is 0. And they are not organised at all. Avoid them in any way! If you have problem report them to ECC (European Consumer Centre).

We ordered two growing lights on the 15th of April and haven't received them. Customer service keeps telling us that they are waiting for the tracking number from the warehouse. Unfortunally we missed these negative comments before ordering the lights and it seems that we're gonna lose our money.

Do not never ever order anything from this shop.

Dont even think to buy something on that BAD site...I ordered 6pc leds and i get only one.5weeks to waiting..I loosed many thousand euros..I whish totaly bad future for this company..go to thailand and drink my money and there is some boys for you

Lets wait until they give us dates , but at least the product is in good and well package. Lets hope the second one Arrives too !! With some more effort you can be the best !
