Well being honest as u want before I found led grow store I had tried different companies holding back my money and not telling me why after 2 months of trying to get my money bk I eventually did get my money back which initially I didn’t want to go ahead with any purchases so when I found u guys I thought I’d give it another go so I did the difference was night and day u guys thanked me for my order then kept me up to date with everything the guy even mentioned his name instead of constantly talking to computers like I had been through before and even when uz realised u didn’t have wat I ordered the guy held his hand up n said that’s our fault what il do is give u a upgrade excellent customer service there and I dare say if I had a issue with my purchase I’m sure I’d help so for me 5 stars from me and thank u

Best customer service experience....

.....that I've ever had from an online retailer. They were so helpful and gave me a significant upgrade as a substitute for an out of stock item. Great communication and they went out of their way to ensure my order was delivered when I needed it to be. Order arrived well packaged. Really pleased with my experience, not a single fault.

Unfortunately the product I ordered turned out to be faulty but, the customer service is A*. Very fast to reply and arranged collection of the parcel. Would 100% recommend. You don't see that type of service most places nowadays.

First purchase, products arrived, experience can be improved on shipment and tracking

I purchased two Spider Farmer UV and IR lights to supplement and experiment with my existing grow lights indoor.
Growing tomatoes and italian genovese basil indoor.
Reassured by TrustPilot I have made my first purchase at the shop.
Made the order on 26th June (Wednesday) at 11am, I received the products within 3 working days but the purchase experience hasn't been fully satisfying.
On the website there's no Customer Area to register/log in.
Everything goes through Shop platform.
I was unable to receive a tracking number.
I have contacted CS through Whatsapp and I've been received responses for each of my enquiries, within 6-8 hours, which reassured me about the progression of the dispatch/order.
Despite the reassuring messages, I wasn't able to get any tracking and I wasn't sure if the products were really shipped.
I was thinking maybe a stock issue, courier problem, who knows.
After losing faith in being able to receive it within 3 working days (I was going to fly abroad on Sunday and get back in 7 days), after getting back home from work on Friday, I had the lovely surprise to find the package at the entrance of our building.
That was great.
If I can provide my feedback to the store, please implement a customer area, implement tracking within the store itself other than Shop platform and please provide regular updates on the progress of the order.
There's nothing worse than not knowing what's going on with the purchase you have made, especially for your first time as a customer.
