Maria was excellent
Maria provided me with clear, concise and proactive assistance. She surpassed my expectations.
However, I find the Ledn account portfolio page, less than ideal. It left me searching for how to accomplish what I want to do. Hence my request for assistance.
I do acknowledge that part of the problem is regulatory issues for Canadians, however there remains work to be done there.

Unacceptable delays for transfers and withdrawals
The customer service desk is very good, but the 48hour delays for transferring funds between my accounts and performing withdrawals is absurd and unacceptable. I also deal with many other crypto exchanges and do not have these problems with delays.

Back in 2021 LEDN liquidated me of about .7 BTC. partly my fault, I got over exposed, and partly them. The way the loan structure was l, there was little warning. I woke up one day and it was all liquidated. From my hands to LEDN. Again my fault, doesn’t take away from the fact that I HATE them.
