I ordered some items in January and I received a shipping confirmation saying my package would be here in 5 business days. 3 months later I received my package. I kept calling in the meantime and emailing. The customer service representative was not helpful at all and was very rude.

Ordered LED flashing light bar and LED driving lights at a great price. Package arrived fast and in perfect condition. Will order again when I need more lights.

I love the lights. There easy to hook up and set up. Love the many different flash patterns. I would highly recommend these light to any one. There small and very bright.

I will never purchase an item from you all again. the light I ordered did not
come with the suction cups and was missing a screw from the bracket. I talked to customer service they said they would send the suction cups and the screws. I never received them. I have shared my experience with the rest of the guys on my base.

This was a great buy and I will be buying more stuff from LED Outfitters. I have guys on my fire DP that are wanting to up grade and they are thinking of getting to one I got.

Had a light that didnt work. Promptly exchanged. Purchased several more

The order was not shipped out on date I was told. The wire diagram or directions for the traffic bar was not easily read. The traffic bar does not store flash pattern.

Called them up to ask about a product very helpful and polite on the phon will be doing more business with them again soon shipping was fast would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family

I had some issues with the shipping of my light but this is the 2 time I bought from here and even with the shipping issues they are the best LED light I have ever bought and for the price you can't go wrong. Also being seen in DAYLIGHT is NOT a problem with these . I will continue to buy these lights

The web site was easy to navigate and appeared to be eye catching. The service was exceptional, my purchases came complete and within two days.

My experience was not so good. The merchandise I received was damaged (wiring had a screw through it) so when the light bar was activated it burned out and when I asked for a new one they would not send me one until I sent the damaged one back. We are a small security force and needed that light bar. Now I have been waiting for a replacement kit. The person on the phone was rude and would not help and was acting very defensive. Will not do business with LED Outfitters again. Will not recommend either.

It would be nice to have representatives that had a little more patience and politeness. The products I purchased, I am quite pleased with.

Lights are very bright even during the day. The only problem I had was the install. Needed better mounting brackets but I have bought more expensive lights with same problem. Very good customer service and fast delivery. Would definitely do business again. Very sturdy built product.

These guys help me to achieve the dream of having the light bar I wanted on my escort truck. I have the biggest and brightest light bar, Which helps keep me and my oversize loads safe.. Have ordered several things from LED outfitters. My experience with each order has been excellent. Each time I have received my order within a few days of placing it. Would recommend purchasing from LED outfitters

The products are good just the shipping of items and receiving of the items take forever, I purchased LED lights around January and they came in rather quickly, besides the other equipment I purchased they have not yet came in and it's Mid-May now
