Website for ledpanels very unclear, The website was confusing on the fact if there is or is no electric cable included with the ledpanels. I, therefore, contacted the support which stated I needed to purchase the cable separately. I then received an email asking to review "LED Panel 120x30cm – 6000K - 32W Inkl. 1,5 M strømkabel" Where I got redirected to the same product and same price but where the website clearly stated that the cable is included. I contacted the costumer support they gave me a 10% rebat instead of simply returning the price of the additional ordered cables 6x19 kr, that were already included with the panels itself. A bit disappointing, The good part of the company is that they have a fast delivery, but rather strange consumer service.
OK delivery experience and products.
A little hiccup in the after sales support (I wanted to change my order) - the voice response is in dutch only and after waiting as number 1 in the cue for 30 minutes I gave up and wrote a mail instead, to which they responded after a couple of days and everything got sorted.
