I just found everything to be very slow…
I just found everything to be very slow from the off. And tracking things was difficult and there was no communication from anyone. I still haven’t recieved anything and no one has reached out to tell me if my packages will indeed be arriving.

Great price and service.
Looked everywhere for a 3w LED driver at a reasonable price, found them on this site and bought 2, delivered very quickly. Only issue was the connector was wired the opposite way to the light fitting so had to remove the connector and reconnect.

Screws missing and delivery very late
Small order for a brass multi-point ceiling rose. No screws we're provided to fit rose to the ceiling bracket. Main issue was delivery. Not specifically Ledsone's fault but our order is with them and not the courier. Ledsone charged for delivery, quoting 1-3 days but it took Evri 8 days to deliver it. If we had realised they use Evri (Hermes) as courier we'd have gone elsewhere. They are always useless, claiming unexpected delays but it happens every time. For such a small order the experience wasn't great. Won't use again unless they can offer a reliable delivery partner.
