DLite1800 shines extremely brightly and far. Lamp does not have German STVO approval. Therefore not approved for road use in Germany. So useless.

Great Headphones cheaper than anywhere else, delivery is a little slow but happy otherwise.

Product was better then described, delivered in a timely manner.

I did buy a Nitecore torch from them. Emailed them literally within an hour from placing the order. I did check the delivery time and it was too long for me. I just needed the product quicker. So I asked them to cancel the order. No one replied to my email.

I sent another email two days after that. Again, no reply (apart from automated one).

Emailed again two days later. No reply. And obviously no product.

I had to report this to my bank. And even if the product will eventually turn up, I'll have to send it back.

Absolutely useless customer service. By the way, they state they reply within 24 hours :)

I don't recommend this website.

Fake Jbl 760nc head phones. Box arrived with opened seal and after comparing with ones sold in Currys. I realised these are fakes. The sound quality is nothing like jbl 500bt set that ai own. Very dissapointed as the website does not tell you goods are shipped from China. Avoid

I made a payment for buy 1 get one free snowblower with a order number took the payment but never sent my order sent 2 messages no response would either like the product or my monet back by Friday of this week or I'm calling the fraud hotline and the attorney General

I placed an order with LED Super Mall for a rechargeable battery for my SpinMaster BB8 droid.

After placing the order on September 23, 2033, I sent them a message about product longevity. I received an automated response with low priority. A week later, I sent again, another email because the first email went unanswered. Once again, an automated reply was received.

I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. Oddly enough on October 8th, 2023, I received my first email from LED Super Mall, indicating that it is ready to be shipped. I told them to cancel the order. And if they refuse to do that, when the package arrives, it will be rejected and sent back to them.

I have also filed a complaint with my local state attorney generals office, as well as the Better Business Bureau.

Company shipped the wrong product and the return process to CHINA costs more than the product received. Very poor and accusatory customer service, first by not acknowledging (despite the screen shot of the order acknowledgement next to the product received) that they shipped the wrong product, then tried to tell me the product they shipped was the same thing. Do not use.

I ordered a chicken guard door however I have received a smart watch that I DO NOT WANT and has no instructions and is useless. I urgently need the product I ordered this is a truly appalling service

Appaling service. Said they did not want the item returned but will.give a refund. It then transpired that the max they would refund was £2 when I had paid nearly £60 for the item. Absolute joke. They also made wierd comments wanting me to have a happy life. Very odd. I would suggest you avoid them completely.

Still absolutely not response from this company. I woudl strongly recommend you do not buy anything from them. No existent customer service and product !!!

The watch work for two week then died. NO refund yet and I do not think I will get one. Everybody do not do business with this company. Their return policy want you pay for return shipping even if it is faulty. then

I have been in contact with them. They want me to write a good review before they will solve my problem well. I can not do that; the one star stands. They have to earn the good review. So, I am right NO refund.!

I bought several items which I assumed would be sent from within the UK. My items were stuck in customs. It has been over three months and I still have not received my items. The company said they were sending a replacement after my first inquiry, which they sent the same tracking number and when I followed up, the parcel had coincidentally only been received by the shipping company the day I chased it up. They are avoiding giving me my money back even now after three months with no items.

Ordered a headlight. After waiting over a month and having to send several emails to find out why it had not shipped, I finally received the headlight…which had no batteries as promised. Will NOT do business with this company again!

I love the product except the direction were not clear. Had to play around with it to get all the applications. And it arrived just when it said although I did not track it because it looked like I needed an app to track it but thankfully I did not need to.
