The information shared was very educational and that I got the education it’s time for me to use it to the fullest and start getting results

will I was told and this the only reason I attend the zoom call was because I was lead to believe I would receive a letter of credit through lee Arnolds system using cogo capital but I was lied to and wasted my whole day basically when I was told I had to purchase such product which is not what I was told when I signed up, im extremely disappointed that I was lied to.

It's was very informative, I learned a lot I didn't know and the fact there people like Mr. Arnold who will help you get started in the business.

The information taught was off the charts! However it's difficult to digest such a meal all at once. I personally will have to go over the materials probably several times to get clarity. But once I get comfortable with it , I will be really prepared to run with everything . I learn by hearing, than doing, and finally correcting. overall I give the training 5 stars.

I joined Lee arnold system early this year 2025 for their Brokering program and their Elite mentoring program that I am still a member of which is why I am putting todays date. Was hesitant because there are so many Gurus out there who promise the world, get your fee then blame the consumer for not doing well. For the loan broker program it cost 5k, they stated when you broker a loan through them they will reimburse the 5k even if you broker the loan for yourself. This at first made me more cautious in that it didn't make sense to me at the time. Long story short, I brokered two loans and to their word they actually reimbursed the tuition and gave me motivation to not stop there and to keep going. What has been frustrating with the company it it can be difficult to get ahold of people and the response times are not always quick if the person you are trying to contact even gets back to you. This non response time is why I can't give 5 stars. During early stage when I had the most questions, many messages left, emails and voice mails that were not returned. I also joined the Elite circle and the knowledge on how to purchase properties, how to cash flow and to determine what is a good deal or not so good deal was valuable. I have two properties purchased this year going on 3 which may close this year or early Jan 2026.

What can be discouraging in this business is how often you will come across bad deals and how often you will hear the word "no" if you cannot handle that word multiple times then would not recommend you do this, acting, politics or create a new invention because people in those fields hear or heard no many times. For the 2 deals I hear no multiple times.

What made my experience great was the people involved. People are people. And people will do what people will do. But, every so often, we will encounter those who literally go out of their way to make life easier for the rest of us. Those who would impact life in a positive way for the sake of someone else. That (to me) is the definition of success. And Lee's people nailed it.

What I dislike of the first video conference is: the wife of the speaker interrupted him too many times, it will better if one of the will have a separated video conference but not the two of them together
