Ordered 3 lights which were terrible quality and very small.
Free gift never arrived.
Now waited over 12 weeks for a refund process that is a disgrace.

Avoid this company as does not seem…
Avoid this company as does not seem legitimate and will not accept my returns. I am not happy with the lamp I purchased online so I returned it by post (Tracked delivery) to the USA and it was returned to Sender (me in the UK) despite having the correct Returns address.
Company name says Eclat Noir.
Contact on their website says:

FAULTY GOODS and SHORTAGE
Ordered 2 items. One arrived faulty. The other never arrived. Reported the facts to the supplier, requested a returns note and full refund within the companies T&C. Had email responded several of which were conflicting. Almost four week later they have ceased communication. Emails are from what appears to be a third party. A company to be avoided.
