Never had a problem with LBA parking
Never had a problem with LBA parking, and it's reasonably priced for business users. If I was parking here for leisure, I might baulk a bit at the prices but airport parking is notoriously expensive anyway. 10/10, would leave my car in the safe hands of LBA while I work in Portsmouth again (and again, and again...).
too expensive
😏3 pound 10 minutes
car damage
on collecting our vehicle from coming back from our honeymoon, I was distraught to see a damaged side panel on my car. My emails go ignored and feel that I have exhausted every option open to me.

Flat Battery
When I returned to my car, late in the evening, the battery was totally flat. There was not even sufficient power left to open my bootlid. The boot contains the vehicle battery and so this made the situation extra difficult. The staff on duty were helpful and attempted to assist, but eventually I had to call out the AA who quickly started the vehicle and I returned home.
It seemed wrong to me that the battery should fail after standing the vehicle for just over 3 weeks - especially as the battery was replaced last May 2015 and so was only a few months old. I therefore had the vehicle fully checked. The standing current (when the vehicle is shut down with only the alarm active) was well within the 60mA specification limit and so there is no technical explanation as to why the battery should have become flat after only 3 weeks standing when the vehicle is equipped with a 90 amp-hour battery (which would have been fully charged by our 50 mile trip to Leeds-Bradford Airport). I specifically remember checking all the lights were off before I left it, so that was not the cause.
I noted at the time I collected the car that the passenger seat position had been moved and both the overhead interior sunblinds had been opened (I keep them closed). I do not understand why either of these interior devices should have been interfered with. The vehicle is also fitted with a TV. I am therefore quite suspicious that some of the vehicle's equipment has been used during the 3 weeks that it was left at the park, which obviously concerns me. I cannot prove this, but I felt I needed to make Trust Pilot readers aware.
I have contacted the carpark by email on a number of occasions but have had absolutely no response. Holiday Extras did respond on behalf of BCP, but they too could get no formal response from Leeds Bradford Parking apart from an informal comment that they are "not responsible for flat batteries". I sort of understand that - but my battery was new and certainly not flat when I left the vehicle with them. And a technical check has shown that the standby current would not have drained the battery in 3 weeks.
Would you leave your vehicle with an organisation who don't respond in any way to a reasonable complaint and who possibly use the entertainment systems in the car whilst it is parked. I certainly won't be trusting them again.
Cigarette ends and litter in the car park/bus stop areas.
The senior management of the airport should inspect the cigarette ends and litter in the area around Arrow taxi rank and bus stop gutters. They should also view the island areas which are in need of some TLC. It would be good to have shrubs and plants in pots so that visitors arriving at the airport see a clean attractive environment instead of the filth. The condition is an embarrassment. For instance someone from management should visit Mao (Mahon) airport as an example to be followed.....
Damage to Car
Came back off holiday last September, Focus Estate, with Sentinel
Done the following:
Damaged Windscreen
Charged £12.50 just for putting wrong card in car park exit - MONEY MAKING SCAM!!!
Accidentally used wrong credit card in machine and instanly charged £12.50 fee!!
NO chance to stop transaction once card in machine. Extremely rude customer service. NO signs or warnings. NO personnel to ask for help. A very sneaky and highly unethical way of charging people for a simple human error - also known as DAYLIGHT ROBBERY
