The showroom team are very friendly and give you as much time as you need to look at the options available, whilst still being on hand with all the advice you need! My hubby and I made the decision to get a stove for our living room and got a recommendation from a work colleague to contact Leeds Stoves Centre because they had previously had really great service from them. Off we trot over to Pudsey and were really excited to wander through their showroom looking at various examples of stoves. We had a chat with the team to discuss what we were looking for. My hubby turned into a caveman and just wanted fire, but for me, I wanted to make sure I was investing in something that met current regulations and the team at Leeds Stoves were really happy to advise! They gave us an opportunity to explain what we were looking for and explained risks and benefits, what to expect and we went home to think about our decision. We returned a week later to organise and pay for our decided purchase which was really easy. If you cannot fund the whole cost, they can support customers with a finance option. We chose the stove, had opportunity to choose the oak beam we wanted, fire proof lighting and the best day for work to be carried out.
On installation day, two absolutely lovely lads came. We had been pre-warned to cover everything with sheets but they double covered everything too. They worked so hard all day doing the necessary work. They explained everything they were doing - I kept bobbing my head in to be nosy and they were completely happy to point out/update me on what was going on!!I kept them topped up with tea and coffee bless them! I couldn't believe what they had achieved in one day and with such care and attention to doing an absolutely brilliant job-they both really cared about getting it done right!
Before they left, they took time to make sure I understood how to light the fire, what not to burn, what to burn and demonstrated this.
I'm so glad I took advantage of a recommendation for this work-Leeds Stoves has been absolutely fantastic, we are planning to have another stove installed once kitchen works are completed and I shall definitely go back to Leeds Stoves! :)

Really helpful from choosing the right fire, hearth and surround, providing a competitive quote and the quality of the install was first class. Couldn’t be happier particularly with the install.

Andy & Jamie from Leeds Stoves did an absolutely fantastic job of completely renovating our lounge fireplace, which need all the ancient surround, hearth, and naff gas fire removing plus clearing out some 20 bags of rubble from inside the chimney breast, to fitting a new flue, gorgeous black hearth and the spectacular slate waterfall chamber.

These two chaps are a delight to be around and highly professional.

From our initial meeting at Leeds Stoves to having a safe and working wood burning stove in our home has been an absolute delight.

What a great job. Quick, clean no fuss. From survey to installation of the wood burner went without a hitch. So clean too. They were correct at saying the dust would be everywhere. I left the smallest bit of furniture uncovered and it got dust on it.

I would highly recommend LSC if you want a fire installing. It has completely transformed our living room. The advice, care and efficiency was excellent. They were respectful of our property and even cleaned up after themselves.

We are soooo pleased to finally have our wood burning stove!!!! Yeay!!!! From our initial contact with LSC to the first lighting of our stove smooth and seamless :)!! When the unforeseen issues popped up Tom dealt with them cheerfully and resolutely and was not satisfied until everything was just right. It has been 30C here today and Jamie and Andrew from Leeds stove centre have been at my house all day installing my new wood burning stove - and they haven’t stopped all day, until they finished. Believe me it was hard work. A 30 year old fireplace and hearth to take out and remake. A chimney to sweep, new flue to put in, new lintel. New fire to instal
They have done a fantastic job.
And they were very respectful of my house: sheeted up everywhere and tidied up after themselves - though it was still messy because of the fine dust from the chimney, the brickwork, and the plastering.
Jamie showed me how to light the stove, though we stopped short of actually doing so - at 30c who could blame us!
I’m very pleased.
Highly recommend.
