Frank and Will came today to fix a hydrologic arm that had failed on our bed. They were on time, very polite and did a great job!

Dom and Connor called today to fix a problem. They were insufficiently briefed but did their level best and were very pleasant and as helpful as they could be. We'll done lads!

We bought a table and a set of chairs. There was a long turnaround time of several weeks, but this was made clear from the beginning. The items were delivered within the time frame, and were of high build quality. Lee and Tony, of the distribution company, assembled the table well, and explained clearly how to adjust things in case of rocking.

One chair had three of its auto-levelling feet missing. They explained that they would take it back to the warehouse and either fit new ones, or order a new chair. We were contacted within a couple of days to say that the chair was ready, so much faster than expected.

Overall, very happy with the goods and service.

UPDATE February 2023: I notice some securings fall off the bottom of the table. Upon inspection, they were rusty! I do not know if the original installers used rusty securing, or if they were such poor quality that they rusted after installation, despite the table never being in damp conditions, but I was not happy. However, Lee Longlands were very helpful. I e-mailed them some pictures, and they agreed that it needed addressing under warranty. In fact, they replaced the whole table! Suffice to say, the new securings were brand new and not rusty in any way. Hence, keeping 5 stars due to great costume service.

Great product delivered in acceptable time. Excellent delivery and assembly by Jonathan and Billy, a superb double act! Very professional in what they do but personable and friendly in the way they go about it.

Had great service and advice in the Kidderminster store, purchased 3&2 seater sofas Kamran Mohammed was really helpful and made the sale easy.
Delivery was prompt keeping me updated on dates and times.
On delivery day Richard and Dom negotiated door ways and built the sofas with great care. Richard gave me a demonstration on how to build and look after the product.

Just a quick note to say that your two delivery guys have just dropped off our new sofa. Which is brilliant by the way.
Both Lee and Richard were amazing, they were both very friendly and courteous and very respectful of my house.
They put blankets down and both of them took their shoes off. Communication was good and they arrived on time.
They are both a credit to your company. If only all delivery people were this good.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Visited the Leamington branch where Gareth could not have been more helpful. For the mattress I wanted Lee Longlands was by far the best price and had it delivered within a few days, with other retailers saying it would be weeks before they even had stock. Despite my worries about it fitting up two flights of stairs, the delivery team Richard and Alan did it with ease. Could not recommend more. Thank you very much.

Although we had to wait longer than was first stated upon ordering our sofa, two chairs and side table, it was finally delivered yesterday by Dominic and Tony. They were both friendly and efficient and arrived earlier than expected. Tony asked where I wanted the furniture to be placed and all rubbish was removed and taken away by them both.
Thank you, they said they had a busy day ahead of them, but they didn't rush my delivery at all.

Great service in the shop in Birmingham, helpful in getting what we needed. Jonathan & David delivered as promised, carefully put our chairs in place and even helped with my query there & then.

Just had a bed & mattress delivered & installed by Richard & Alan. They were polite, friendly & efficient & really pleased with the service they provided.

Firstly, a big thanks to the in-store sales team - Leamington Spa branch - for their courteous, helpful and professional approach - "no pressure selling", one just feels comfortable doing business with Lee Longlands. Also, a big thank you to Richard & Allan (delivery team), who, with expediency and in a professional manner, did a great job taking the time to ensure our new sofa and armchair was assembled correctly and positioned to our liking. Furthermore, they removed all packing materials too; "well done gentlemen", you deserve praise when it is due!!!
