Quick service over a Bank Holiday!

Great experience! Asked them a question over IG and got a response within a decent time frame. Ordered on the Thursday and received on the Tuesday - much earlier than expected considering it was the Easter Bank Holiday.

Have tried a few magnets and this is the only one strong enough to hold my phone (iPhone 12 pro max - the others have slipped/had issues with). Discreet, easily moveable and looks well made.

Would absolutely recommend.

1 month & waiting

Order placed 9th March. No communication was received so I emailed on March 16th to be told they were 'out of stock' and due to receive stock at the end of the month. I received no further communication so I emailed on April 5th to be told that stock from China might be due in this week, maybe next week (April 16th). What a terrible way to run a business. I appreciate they respond to my emails promptly but they wouldn't have bothered emailing me had I not done so first. It's unacceptable to not communicate with customers who have paid for orders.
