Toutefois, son apparition sur les paiements n'est pas systématique.
L'envoie dépend de la banque dans la mesure où elle considère l'opération sûre.
Le plus simple est de vous rapprocher de la vôtre directement.

In order to adapt to every surge of solidarity, we changed our pricing policy for the first since 10 years. That means :
-0 commission taken from all the moneypot collecting under 100 euros
-1,5% commission taken from moneypot colllecting above 10 000 euros, where they used to be about 2,9% in the past

In simple terms, these obligations aim to ensure consistency between the purpose of the money pot and the destination of the funds raised. -for money pots under €100: free
-for money pots between €100 and €10,000: 6% fee
-for money pots over €10,000: 1.5% fee (instead of 2.9%)

Impossible to get the money back despite all our efforts
The website keeps asking for the same documentation again and again. Impossible to get the money!
Since October 2023, as the treasurer of the Perisher, I have been desperately trying to retrieve the money to cover the church's lawyer's expenses (La Paroisse saints Pantéleimon et Nicolas). We thought using leetchi.fr would be a transparent way for your parishioners to collect funds; unfortunately, the website repeatedly asks for the same documentation, even though every required document was submitted .... for FOUR months. We find this practice unacceptable! In addition to repeatedly asking for the same papers and CHARGING US 5 euros per month for not emptying the account. If it continues this way, to our greatest regret, we will be pushed to file an official complaint in Luxembourg where the company has been registered au Registre du commerce et des sociétés de Luxembourg sous le numéro B173459 et dont le n° de TVA est LU 25939145).
I understand your goodwill to check the credibility of the transfer's destination. BUT! All these documents must have been asked BEFORE accepting the money, and NOT after. And, indeed, the clients are not charged for the oversights in the system. This is unacceptable.
