Good follow up although I received a "how did we do" message before the order arrived. There was a follow up to this which I appreciated.
This is the third Grandfather shirt which I've ordered for my husband. He is very happy with it but has to be careful as the sleeves shrink, even with careful laundering.

I love the colors of this blue flannel shirt! Delivery was very quick considering the distance (Ireland to U.S.) and it arrived well packaged. The fit is perfect too. I would definitely buy from Lee Valley Ireland again.

I’m so happy to find a men’s nightgown with a cap! These are hard to find in the states especially that aren’t for a costume. I cannot wait to gift this to my boyfriend.

Easy to use
Your site is easy to navigate . The product description is great. I have had one of the nightshirts but could not them locally. I was very happy when I found your site to order them and can't wait to wear it .

Lee Valley is like a close friend! I have never had more comfortable, cozy, classy material. I love the colors as much as the fabrics. The website is easy to use and the staff ROCKS! I have already completed all of my X-mas shopping through Lee Valley.

Great PJ’s. Website meh
I loved my first pair of LVI pjs so was happy to find the Lee Valley Ireland website and have the opportunity to order online. I quickly found the item I wanted and at a very fair price. I’m looking forward eagerly to getting my new pajamas which I know are beautiful and well-made. The website, however, could use some work. I had a problem paying with my credit card. After 3 failed tries with my card I ditched to paypal and completed my order. Also, I couldn’t access your offer of a first time buyer’s 10% discount 😪

The ordering was easy and the product is lovely. Downside was communication as we didn’t get any kind of tracking associated with our order and an email to customer care went unanswered. Our order though came quite quickly and we live in Canada. Our experience was positive on the whole and we did eventually get a response from customer service on the day we received our order.
