Searching for the right size
It is very difficult to find out wich size to order.
Last summer, I had to send back an XL men's robe (much, much too large) and the shipping costs are so expensive !
This time, I hope that I chose the right size, reading the reviews of other customers, who recommend ordering two sizes up.

Thank you for your feedback. Our products are cut generously as cotton shrinks on the first wash therafer it does not shrink. On each product page on the website we have a size guide per product. Thank you for shopping with us. Kind regards, Lauren

Hello, we do not have an order under this name and email on our records, nor do we have email or phone correspondence. Therefore, we can only assume this is a fake review. Many thanks, Lauren
Why EUs for USA Purchase?
The email and website show prices in USD but when I logged in to complete my order (with USA address), the prices charged to EU - even though I live in and my mailing address is in the U.S.
Why?
Please advise and correct.

My wife had wanted a "night cap" for years. The thought of giving her a Chinese made cap was appalling. Being of Irish heritage, I naturally turned to Ireland. Here in Lee Valley, it was, and it looked perfect. When she opened it Christmas morn, twas truly perfect.

Great Products and Customer Service
My order, which included a Christmas present, was delivered, by the carrier to the wrong country. When I brought this to the attention of Lee Valley Ireland, they promptly shipped a replacement, albeit admitting that it would not arrive in time for Christmas, and offered to include a gift and a discount on a future order. Great customer service and, as always, very good quality products

Ordered 1st December still not received although web site states delivery 7 - 10 days to the UK. I do understand there has been a postal strike, this was well publicised so maybe they could have used an alternative carrier.
