Heres my experience. We have a flat roof section that was only a few years old and supposedly still under warranty. The part that really surprised me was the cost. He only charged a small amount, honestly less than I expected. It felt like he was just trying to help rather than take advantage of the situation. The roof has been solid ever since.

He was professional throughout the process, providing a clear quote that matched the final bill like he promised. His crew showed up on time and worked efficiently. They kept the worksite reasonably tidy and did a final cleanup before leaving. The quality of work seems good and the roof looks now as expected. Communication was easy and he was available to answer questions. A straightforward job completed without any problems.
