I purchased 2-1oz. American Buffalo Gold Coins from Jeff Trejo, and I have not received them as of today. I have called Legacy Precious Metals almost everyday for 5 months, and Charles Thorngren the owner, and Jeff Trejo refuse to accept my calls. I requested my refund of $7,000, and they refuse to return my money. This company is a SCAM, and I would NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE, BEWARE!!!

Jeff Trejo has been wonderful to work with. He responds quickly and always answers my questions. I’ve been associated with him for over 2 years. He always keeps me up to date with what the precious metal market is doing and shipping information.

When I bought my gold I was told by Jeff Trejo that because it was refined gold I would pay above market. And I did.
When I sold it back to them I received market value. Nothing about it being refined. Market value. Period.
Then it took them almost 4 weeks to direct deposit the funds to my account. When I asked Janette Gendorf about receiving the market value 3 weeks later, she said I would be paid what was on the invoice.
By my rough estimate, I lost approximately $3900 in that transaction.
No, I will not recommend Legacy Precious Metals to anyone.

My contact does what he says he is going to do. If he says that he is going to call me at such and such a time on such and such day, he does so. If he does not have all the answers to our questions right away, he is honest about it, and he will research our concern. The staff is courteous and helpful. Thank you!

Associates were friendly and helpful in answering questions. Delivery was safe and well packaged. Call returns are quick. I will continue to trust Legacy with future precious metal investments.

I really like the professional and courteous support i receive from the people I have spoke to on the phone. It makes me feel like my investments big or little are safe. I can sense this feeling of trust begin to surface in my thoughts because of the professionalism and the care.

I have had a great experience with Legacy Precious Metals. Jeff was very helpful in getting my IRA set up for me to transfer funds from retirement accounts with former employers. He was very accessible and thoroughly explained the process and my options for splitting between gold and silver-backed IRAs.

I also regularly purchase silver through the online platform. I appreciate how easy it is to transfer funds into my account and complete the silver purchases. I like the option to store the silver or have delivered to my home - I have done both. I now have peace of mind that my investments are more diversified and I own tangible assets.

Legacy Precious Metals is a top notch, company with employees working there such as Jeff Trejo who’s a honest, caring man of integrity, knowledgeable in his field of expertise and very patient. As a first time buyer of gold and silver, I did my due diligence and researched a lot of companies before locking in on a particular company to represent my business; my choice was based on several practical factors; but ultimately it needed to be someone I could trust. You may have already discovered there are a lot of really good companies in the industry offering gold and silver 401k’s products and great educational support/services and helpful/ knowledgeable support staff; of which I was grateful to have learned from.

But for those of you that are reading this review, and are doing so because you are looking to buy gold or silver for your future and are still in the throws of making the wisest choice that best meets your requirements. My encouragement to you is to give Legacy Precious Metals a call first before making your final decision. I am very glad that I did and you might be too!

The process was easy and straight forward. The wire instructions were clear and my precious metals arrived quickly and securely.

Christian was extremely proffessional on the phone and he was concerned for me what I wanted to invest in and not what he wanted for me to invest in and that is BIG.The trust grew from there and by the end of our conservation I was ready to make a large purchase.Every detail was covered and comunication was excellant! Everyone is always helpful, patient and explains things well. Hats off to John Wade especially... He's helped with questions and follow up when ever needed going back as far as one year ago. Especially in this volatile market, you're glad you have like minded folks on the same page.
