Very persistent and aggressive approach.
In my case, the claim is disputed, yet the company continues to send repeated payment demands without properly addressing the facts or providing sufficient justification.
Attempts to clarify the situation or request evidence have not led to any meaningful response. Communication feels one-sided and unproductive, as if the outcome is predetermined regardless of the actual circumstances.
Overall, this creates the impression that resolving the issue based on facts is not a priority, and that responding is largely ineffective.

In my opinion a unethical debt recovery company collecting debts for scam companies. They are not interested in the facts of a case, only interested in earning their commission.
They will inundate you with auto generated no reply emails, even when it is clear there is no debt owed.
