After giving them all the details…

After giving them all the details needed for the creation of the company, they disappeared for 7 day only reaching out because I left a bad review - that I deleted in first hand giving them a fair chance. Since then it's been again a week , with no updates barely giving some respond I have to push and ask to get everything done . Recommendation to them not to make fake promises and to update regularly their costumer on what’s happening and where’s the process
