Novice Home Buyer's easy to use property search tool!
I am a novice when it comes to real estate and this website did a fantastic job of laying out the information in and easy to read and understand format. It only costs 1$ but it gives you access to a lot of important information. They also include a checklist that you can print out of what to check/look for when you visit the location. I am not at all an expert, but I think using this site for property info is not only affordable but a great tool when searching for your next home.

I believe the information was correct…
I believe the information was correct and the price was certainly great. Since the last sale of this property was in 2014 some of it may be a bit stale but was accetably accurate. Well worth the time and money. The great price was in reference to the $1.00 I authorized. I am disappointed to find that I am being charged a monthly fee of $23.95 that was not authorized. Watch out with this service.
