Far easier to deal with for plate customisation than other more prominent on-line companies.

Nas was very helpful and my difficultly spaced number plate arrived very quickly and just as I had requested!

Designed my plates online, found this quite easy and simple to use. Payment wise I was given a few options and chose paypal. I received my plates less than a week later and they were well made. Happy with the final product.

Top service, fast delivery used this company before and never had any issues. I required a Saab badge for one of my plates and couldnt see it online. Gave them a call and was uploaded in no time. Ordered my plates 8 days ago and they were delivered yesterday so a week to deliver which isn’t too bad. I queried where they were and got an instant response and helpful information as to where the delivery driver had left them. Good quality plates & lots of options on the website to customise. Would use again, length of delivery would be my only small issue. Thank you!

The ordering process was easy. The plates got lost by Royal Mail but they did respond to Email quickly to send out a new set. Would be an improvement if they could send a shipment notification.

One of the better plate builders out there and great prices, but no notification when your plates are despatched and if choosing standard (free) delivery expect 10 days or more. Responsive on email from my one interaction. Front plate (white) perfect. Rear plate (yellow) with 3D effect lettering looks tinted/opaque, so not as clear as expected. Also no option to pick GB on graphics section, just UK (I assume as they are based in Eire), which might not be 100% legal? Slight printing bubble on one letter of plate also but no big deal.

First, it is a real company, not a scam. My plates were delivered.
But emailing them is pointless, don't expect a reply.
They don't send dispatch emails so you have no idea when you will get your plates. Mine took a week and I think I was lucky, but they were shoved through the letterbox and they are of the quality expected for the price.

I ordered plates online. The website was easy to use and the design possibilities are great.
Processed and shipped within a few days, with email confirmation of both.
Sadly Royal Mail let the delivery down as they posted through my letter box, despite the packaging stating "Fragile - do not drop".
An email to the help desk was responded to very quickly and replacement plates were sent on the first available day.
They didn't even require the damaged ones back.

I have to say that, running a retail business myself, I could not ask for a better service.

Honestly, the website was all it was meant to be, placed my order, with conformation email, that was it, heard nothing about dispatch or delivery for a number of days and was getting a bit concerned to say the least, this was after a number of emails to the sales dept. But i am glad to say the plates turned up 7 days later and was impressed with the standard of my goods. Would use them again

I ordered from these guys at the weekend when the storm blew my current front plate off. As I was able to arrange my plate just as I wanted, whilst also adhering to the legal jargon that needs to be shown these days (BS. post code of supplier etc) they seemed a good choice. They were also a good price and promised relatively quick delivery compared to some other sellers, and it was a free delivery. I placed an order, got my confirmation and was happy. A couple of days later (Weds), about the time I expected to have received a dispatch email, I hadn't...that's when I googled the company, saw Trustpilot and read some of the awful reviews. I also panicked when I realised they were in EIRE and thought I had been subject to a scam! Fearing the worst I decided to ring them to see if the comments about not being able to contact them were true - whether I was lucky or not I do not know, but I got through first time on the mobile number provided. The chap was very polite and helpful, found my order, said it had been dispatched and to expect it within 3-5 working days, but to allow 7 working days because it was being delivered by RM and that's the RM policy. I needn't have worried, on Friday the plates turned up on my doorstep! They are just as I wanted and I'm very happy with them, thanks LSP.com. :)
For those worrying I would just recommend to always purchase with a credit card, just in case!

Appears to be a scam site,
I ordered a set of number plates a week ago and have received nothing. They don't answer their phones and don't respond to messages left on their answer phone. I sent an email and guess what? They don't answer those either!
Save yourself the hassle and order elsewhere.
