My experience was one of fraud
My experience was one of fraud. I accessed a legal form at legaltemplates.net for $1.00. The site said that after one week, if the trial was not canceled, I could continue to search for another form for $1.87. One week after my card was charged, another charge appeared for $49.95. Both charges came from 12legaltemplates.net. When I attempted to go to this website, the scam loaded where it said my phone had been hacked. I immediately closed that window, but the next step in this scam is typically attempting to charge the user to "fix" their "infected" phone.
Upon contacting the original website I accessed, legaltemplates.net, so that I could dispute the charge, they instructed me to log in to my card provider and see what merchant submitted the charge. I responded that I already knew they had submitted the charge, despite the different name, as it came from the same merchant who submitted the $1.00 charge. They count on the consumer reporting a different merchant name, which they can then deny as being submitted by them.
When I demanded an immediate refund they emailed me, saying my subscription had been cancelled, but no mention was made of the $49.95 charge. I contacted my card provider to dispute the charge and cancel my card.

I used legaltemplates to create a document that could be signed & notarized that stated my daughter has no job or income currently for the discounted sliding fee program at her dental office. Creating this document was fast and easy. You just answer the specific questions and legaltemplates creates your document within seconds for you to save or print out. We had no issues getting the document notarized or with using it at her dentist office. I will definitely use them again for any legal documents I need. 10/10 would recommend!
