Make sure you read all the small print ie the costs they take from your settled claim. Some of the customer service people are very off hand.

I was sceptical about this, but just having received a payout and more than I ever imagined. I'm a happy customer and aas expected they took their percentage which you can't blame if they do the leg work. I'm happy I had no problem from start to finish, they kept me in the loop as all times. Great for me.

I don’t feel I was given much assistance with my claim. I was sent forms to sign with offers and it was only because I asked the questions ‘what do you advise’ that they engaged. For the high percentage you take for a successful claim I would have expected a more interactive service with help and guidance on what to do. Quite disappointed
