I have been working with Legal Vision for a little under 6 months. Their lawyers have helped me with Ts&Cs, Privacy Policy, a commercial lease negotiation, company restructure and employment law - so far.
Turnaround time has always been super fast, and everyone I have worked and spoken with is helpful, patient, knowledgeable and speaks in lay-mans terms.
If we had worked with a traditional solicitors on our commercial lease there is no doubt in my mind it would have taken months, and hours and hours of chasing / admin time - but with Paul at LV every step was completed in around 48 hours max, keeping things moving.
The whole experience has been straightforward, zero stress and very reassuring.

The legal sector is possibly the last significant industry to really utilise technology to reduce cost to the customer while improving its service.
I'm very happy to say that Legal Vision is the exception and it's no surprise to hear that they're one of the fastest growing law firms in Australia.
Specifically:

- the advice provided is practical, legally sound and commercial
- the tech platform used is simple, effective and fast
- response times to requests for advice is really quick (as I write I put in a request late yesterday and have a scheduled consultation today)
- communication is clear, understandable and comprehensive, both verbal and written
- the breadth of legal topics is impressive, from employment and contract law to intellectual property
- not least, the costs we are paying (because of their tech based business model) are very reasonable and excellent value for money
- customer service (perhaps not the legal industry's strongest attribute) is excellent.
