Very easy to follow process

As a subscriber for many years I found the process mostly self explantory and easy to follow. Was able to edit as often as I wanted to.

I would've given a 5 star rating except for the fact that it took multiple email exchanges to determine how to edit the alternate benficiary name.

I was skeptical at first

I was skeptical at first, so I just paid for the will portion to try it. After following the instructions similar to doing my taxes, I was surprised how easy it was. So I decided to also get the power of attorney and Living Will. I paid separately and filled them out. Very Happy with the Process. But after I was done I noticed that you had a package price that was cheaper than my separate order. When I selected the upgrade of wills, I should have been charged for the package price. I did them within a couple of days of my original purchase. Otherwise I would have given you 5 stars. Brian L. Dow

Can't Notarized POA

The software is great. Although I did notice when I added information into the representative agreement the fonts changed to a significantly smaller size. The big concern is the POA. In our BC community no notary will notarized the document as they did not write it. I spent $200 and 1/3 is ineffective. 'Wills' also recommends having the representative agreement notarized in BC. I suspect I'll get the same response. So I'll probably only use the will portion of the software. I would not recommend this company in BC

I phoned up twice about something I did…

I phoned up twice about something I did not understand, and was told that somebody would return my call, but nobody did so.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we're sorry to hear you're disappointed. To clarify, we haven't raised our prices overall, rather, we aligned our package pricing to better reflect the value when multiple products are bundled together, which we hope provides better overall value for our customers. That said, we understand that changes can be frustrating, and we'd welcome the chance to discuss this with you further. Please feel free to reach out to us at support@legalwills.ca if you'd like to talk through your concerns. Your input helps us continue to improve.
