Easy to use

Overall pleased with final documents. Easy to use platform. I would have liked to review additional clauses that are in completed will and perhaps make a few changes. A space for additional comments or wishes also would be helpful.

I really like that there are many…

I really like that there are many choices to choose from when it comes to legal documents. Everyone should keep in mind that if you have a last will And testament or power of attorney made online that it must be notarized for it to be legal. Either by a lawyer or a notary public.

Don't choose the Couple package for your Will, it is cheating.

I paid for the Couple package and thought my wife can get so called "mirror wills" , but actually she has to pay extra $80 for all pages of the "mirror will", otherwise only first 2 pages can be viewed and be printed. So plus $99.95 I already paid for the Couple package, total we have to pay $179.95 to get the Couple Will. The individual Will package is only $69.95, if we both do the individual will, only cost $139.9. So what advantages the Couple package has ? It just misleading the customer.

Hi Gang,

Thank you for taking the time to write this, and I'm sorry for the frustration it caused. You were right to expect two complete wills. Our Couple package is designed to include a full, unlimited will for both you and your spouse at no additional charge, so what you ran into is not how it is meant to work.

The cause was an activation error on our end. Your Couple package payment went through correctly, but your spouse's account was not switched over to the full service, which is why it was showing only a preview and asking for more. We have now fixed this: your spouse's account has been upgraded to the complete package at no extra cost, and both wills can be viewed, edited, and printed in full.

One quick clarification: the "Mirror Will" feature is simply a convenience that copies your answers into your spouse's will so nothing has to be entered twice. It is never a separate charge. Two complete wills are already part of the Couple package.

If anything still isn't working the way you expect, please contact us directly at support@legalwills.ca and we will take care of it right away. Thank you for giving us the chance to put this right.

Warm regards,
The LegalWills.ca Team
