I have had the good fortune of working with Legalwiz for over 10 years now and have not been disappointed even once.

Its quick, dependable and very well set up. I get answers to all my questions, the services are reasonably priced and there is always clarity on what next steps are.

Scam alert !!
Don't go by the positive reviews, I've used them for couple of jobs. They are indulging in fraudelent and deceptive business practices just to get more money out of the client when they are approaching due dates and when they have no other choice but to heed to their demands.
They seem nice in the beginning but then start to extort money. I paid them 58000 for annual compliances and everything seems to be going good for first few weeks but as soon as deadline for any compliance approaches, they start asking for additional payments saying that it was not covered in your package. The scam is when the BD creates the package for "all annual compliances", they deliberately don't specify the details and leave a lot to interpretation so that they can then extort money at the last minute of the deadline.
Earlier I thought that it was a geniune mistake on the part of the executive but when the same started repeating every single time there is a deadline (for ROC or GST), I understood the scam is on a wider level involving entire company. You end up paying almost double the amount that was quoted and paid for as advance otherwise they will put your work on hold and will do this everytime the deadline is approaching.

I had made a payment of Rs. 2400 for obtaining FSSAI license for a food business.
1. The professional made me wait without any updates for almost 15days on the process and the process of application was done only after my repeated reminders after 15days.
2. However the application got rejected and a they asked me to produce an NOC for which I had to spend an additional amount of 5000 for obtaining it, inspite of which the application got rejected again. The company is not sure whether it might get processed or not.
3. Since the service was incomplete after wasting a lot of time from my end, I had claimed for a refund for which the company is not willing to initiate the refund.

Anyone would take up such services online trusting that the company will help them to find better and easy ways to do it and also doesn't hesitate to spend any money. But when the company is not able to keep up their promises it doesn't matter provided they give a good costomer service. But here even that is not good. Calling them for complaints will still connect you with the same customer manager and not any other executive which will not serve the cause of customer service.

Any compliance and legal services is their forte. Great people, service with a smile and professional services.

I have worked with the team during a couple of instances where we wanted to apply for a patent. The team was swift and professional and kept us posted during entire process. Also, recommended a friend for their legal advice services and he was also very satisfied with quality of services. Overall, a great company and professional team.

The team has excellent understanding on the services they render. We've been relying on them since last two years for our Regulatory complaince and legal support, and trust me I haven't come across better than them. In btw, we did try and save few bucks by interacting with their competitors, but soon realised quality of support, trust and domain knowledge, cannot be replaced.
