We use these all the time buying & selling houses we’ve always found them to be good on the price & very efficient. Some houses go through quicker than others it’s just the nature of the way we buy & sell houses in this country if someone in the chain is dragging there feet it will of course hold everything up it’s obvious! we’ve never had a problem big thanks to Lindsey Rose-Jones for our last sale lovely lady to deal with.

Found the service very professional, was weary about using solicitors outside my town as we were first time buyers... but the online portal made it easy to upload documents and to receive updates, plus staff were always in communication and made the process easy

Brilliant and efficient. Cannot fault them at all.

Pros: Case Handler Luke was excellent and my case was progressed quickly and relatively smoothly
Cons: Calling their main phone line, all customer service agents I spoke to were woeful at best

This company is well worth using. Have no fears ! Gone are the days of trying to get in touch with your Solicitor, trying to park once you have waited ages for an appointment. No more being told your Solicitor is in Court...and wont be available for several days. This company are online, at the end of email, efficient, instant and have the very same knowledge and expertise as they are all Solicitors themselves. I also need to mention price. They offer a very price competitive service and price wise. What not to like !

I've used Legal Zoom for a recent Remortgage/Refinance and I can't fault them really. Friendly staff, clear comms and an easy to use portal.
