This company is useless. Ordered an item over a week ago. No mention at checkout that it’ll take 12-13 days. Charged £8.50 for shipping. But on the order confirmation (after payment) this is presented. Assumed this was worst case scenario. Items ordered for a gift 2 weeks in advance of being needed. Item still says „processing” - company refuses to cancel and refund the order. So I’ll end with £50 product I don't need at some point in the future. Complained to customer service. They just refuse to help.
They asked for a review. Here you go guys an honest review of shocking service. Customer lost and recommendation is for others to avoid shopping directly with this company.

Very fast delivery but unfortunately the items were not packaged well and the box must have gotten hit as the two Easter pens arrived with their ears broken 😞

Quick and safe delivery.
A bit annoying: Eraseable pen refills sometimes not "full".
Also, I'd like to order special edition pens not available anymore, like the Easter edition etc.

I ordered the limited edition 2026 Easter erasable pens, and received ladybug pens instead. Now the Easter pens are sold out everywhere and you are refunding me instead of sending me the product I ordered. Very poor customer service.

Top notch pens i have all of the 7.0 mm erasable pens and they are amazing I also regularly use their erasable tape I also use more than 10 other things off the top of my head!!

The products are good I love the pens of them. The problem is the customer service. As I received my order it was incomplete. So I decided to contact costumer service and ask what was happening and they didn’t answer my email. At the end I received all the items but customer service never contacted me to explain me that the order was delivered in two different packages 📦. That makes a really bad feeling when ordering something again directly from their online shop.

I am writing to report an issue with several Legami erasable pens that I purchased as part of a set in different colours. Unfortunately, the caps of some of these pens have started to crack after a short period of normal use.
Once the caps crack, they no longer close properly, which makes the pens difficult to use and store.
I take good care of my stationery, and the pens have not been exposed to excessive pressure, heat, or improper storage. For this reason, I was disappointed to experience this issue, especially as I have always associated Legami products with good quality and durability.

I am sorry that I didn't read these reviews before I purchased an order. Horrible service. To be fair - there are no service at all. I placed an order 01116035, and I cannot find it on their website. Their support isn't replying.
they just took my money and no product in return, No idea how this scam is legal but I will go to European Consumer Centre and file a case against them in court.

After two weeks of waiting, I had to ask where my delivery is in order for them to ship it to me. I then requested to send something back, it's been 3 weeks and I've still not received instructions about how to do this, and they've ignored two emails I've sent asking for help. I probably wont be able to get my money back at this point.
The items are nice but buy them from retailers, not Legami directly unless you want to lose time, patience and money.

Items never arrived, got a confirmation that they were dispatched but just like others this magical parcel never arrived. Extortionate shipping prices. Would never even attempt to order from this site again. Lesson learned, read trustpilot reviews before making a purchase.

I have ordered LEGAMI and it is almost ONE MONTH I am waiting... no news and no replies from the customer service, and you cannot join them by phone.
I should have read the reviews, but by ordering on the official website I couldn't know they were not trustable.
VERY DISAPPOINTED, I WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN. AN ADVICE : DON'T ORDER, NEVER OR YOU WILL LOSE MONEY. It's robbery, no less.

If I could give no stars I would.
Order placed over a month ago and money taken from my account. Tracking number leads to a tracker that never actually updates. Customer services send random emails with very slight updates as if to appease but nothing actually happens.
They reply to comments in socials but bots reply to emails and private messages.
An apparent legitimate company scamming customers out of money and not fulfilling order.
Will be reporting to CCPC

By no means was this a satisfactory outcome and was only resolved through repeated emails from me
Apparently my package was lost in transit......amd all the rest of the packages?

Hello everyone, please keep your money, don't order from legami.com. Like many others, I placed an order number : 00983291 on October 25, 2025 and I still haven't received anything and haven't heard anything from Legami customer service. It's a disaster... The order hasn't been handed over to GLS; it's still pending...

Terrible customer service - after a very long shipping time after i placed my order it finally arrived, but one item was missing. I have been trying to contact Legami on the email address they informed and via their homepage, but neither is working. So i have no possibility to claim it. I cannot find any phone number to call them either.

My package was marked as delivered, but I never received it. I emailed the company with the reclaimation letter from the courier company, but have had no response.

Awful customer service. I ordered my items on 15 Nov with estimated delivery of 28 Nov. Still not received my items which are Christmas presents. I have tried contacting customer service to find out where my order is and get no response. Company has taken my money and not provided the goods. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering.
