BEWARE OF MY EXPERIENCE WITH LEGDAYS

BEWARE OF MY EXPERIENCE WITH LEGDAYS — OVER 3 MONTHS WITHOUT RESOLUTION!

I purchased clothing from LegDays and received the wrong item with sizing problems.

I reported the issue immediately and followed their exchange process. Their team asked for an additional ₹250, which I paid.

What happened next?

No completed pickup. No replacement. No satisfactory refund.

For over three months, I kept following up while their team repeatedly delayed the resolution.

Now they are saying the exchange period has expired, even though the delay happened after I raised the complaint and paid for the exchange.

Why should a customer suffer because the company failed to complete its own promised pickup?

I have documented the entire conversation and have payment evidence to support my experience.

I am sharing this review to make other customers aware of how my complaint was handled.

LegDays, I am still requesting either the correct product through a free exchange or a full refund, including the additional ₹250.

If this is not resolved, I intend to pursue the matter through official consumer grievance channels.
