• Pattern of Non-Delivery and Financial Disputes, Credit Card Fraud
The individual operating under the names Ana Rita Valente, Ana Rita Edigio, Rita Edigioo, Legends Laloba Valientia, Rita Mondragon, and the brand Becoming Legendary, The. Legendary Edtiion ( with dots in btw, won’t let me add them) , and the revolutionnow ( with a dot) that accepted payment from me for magazine cover placements and coaching services that were not delivered as promised.
After I wired funds, I experienced duplicate and unauthorized credit card transactions that required immediate cancellation of my card and formal disputes with my financial institution. The timing of these charges raised serious concerns.
My card had to be canceled. The charges came back to her fake shell companies address. Which is a serious out of state fraud charge and now the police and FBI are involved.
Despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter, I have not received the agreed-upon services or appropriate resolution.
I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this individual or associated entities to exercise extreme caution and do not give her your card or your money.
