Well organized, value for money, nice personal touch from the driver

A nice personal touch from the driver, took the time to explain everything kindly and was quite funny and relaxed. The trip was moved a couple of hours, but that was noted on the website we booked from, so we were prepared. We used them for two tours to the camps and salt mines, as well as an airport transfer, which was quite cheap for 4 people with luggage. We were also lucky, because both guides at the mines and Auschwitz were very interesting and spoke impeccable English. Recommend it to anyone ever in Krakow.

Avoid this company at all costs

Legendary Krakow cancelled my Auschwitz-Birkenau tour at 4.55 pm the day before a 7am pick up. The reason given was that there weren’t enough English speaking guides but this was a lie as I was able to buy tickets with an English speaking guide the following day. Terrible Customer experience. Avoid at all costs.

Thanks for the guide.

I visited the Auschwitz concentration camp. The guide guided us at a reasonable pace and gave us plenty of time. I thought it wouldn't be easy for him to maintain that mindset. I remember you said we shouldn't forget history, thought that was a really important thing to say at the end of the tour and something everyone should have heard.
Thank you. I wish I knew your name.
On the other hand, among the passengers who were on the same tour, there were people who made jokes about a certain race and created an unpleasant atmosphere, but I'm not sure what purpose they came on the tour for.
