What an absolutely fantastic holiday! Our coach trip to the Austrian Tyrol was one of the best holiday experiences I have ever had. The family-run hotel was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. The hospitality was warm and personal, the service was excellent, and the whole atmosphere made our stay feel very special. It was clear how much care and pride the family put into looking after their guests. A huge thank you also goes to our coach drivers/guides Annemarie and Jon, who were absolutely brilliant throughout the trip. They were professional, knowledgeable, patient and incredibly kind. They went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying themselves, while also keeping us entertained with their humour and interesting information along the way. They really helped make the journey and excursions as enjoyable as they were. The excursions were fantastic and gave us the opportunity to see so many beautiful places. Every trip was well organised and thoroughly enjoyable, with something different to look forward to each day. The scenery, experiences and wonderful company made every excursion memorable. Overall, this was an outstanding holiday from beginning to end. The combination of the wonderful family-run hotel, excellent drivers/guides, fantastic excursions and beautiful surroundings made it a truly unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend this trip and would happily do it all over again. Without a doubt, one of the best holiday experiences I have ever had!
