Fun, easy deposit, delayed withdrawals, customer service number one resolving method is “Clear Cache”

I lost $150000 worth of coins due to an error (note the system did say the error code) I asked what the error was based on the code given and they too didn’t know what it was. It’s been weeks now and they still haven’t gotten back to me, and just tells me to be patient, which the more times they tell me to be patient the less I have it

The $150000AUD was lost over three occasions of errors, I sent screenshots the first two times and I screen recorded the third time, but their support chat system doesn’t accept screen recordings

When it first happened they said to clear cache which it didn’t work and they said they’ve sent my request to the relevant department to review it

The second it happened again, Same method I provide infos about the Game, Time and missing amount, and they send it to relevant departments. This time I asked if its safe to play on the same game, or should I stop, they said it was safe and I can continue playing..

The third time I lost coins again… I got really frustrated and set in another complain, I asked for contact to the proper people that can discuss with me the issue or keep my updated regarding my complaint/request and even an automated email told me to be patient and that my complaint/request is being reviewed…

This has become very annoying and I should just forget about it… If anything I suggest you dont join… even if they give you bonus or cash backs… you’ll be required to wager the amount give by a million times..

I got a $30 bonus money and I’m supposed to wager $26000 for it, and you can only be a max of $1, and theres a time limit where you have to wager it before, which makes it impossible

Overall I’d say its scam…

At first it was all fine, as soon as I started to win big, withdrawals started to have issues, dont be fooled like me, coz the when wins are good they are really good, but thats when issues start occurring, theres plenty of other places to play just dont use this one… I personally will stop playing for a really long time… coz $150000 just disappearing like that and no one knows why, is crazy… If you do join, Play at your own risk…

Totally scammer.... the rtp is all the time just 50%, the love chat told us, she is sorry but she can't change the rtp right now for is..... the rtp is not even close to 50% and complete far away of 95%! How the support can tell a player, we are sorry but we can't change the rtp now..... that's fraud! It's completely forbidden to do anything with the rtp......If someone need proofs, we shared our sessions online or sent the mail adress in the comments and we sent you the screenshot!
