Fast and Accurate
I have used this service multiple times and never disappointed. Rather it was inconclusive or approved as being a genuine product, their service was fast. I like that they didn’t just stamp a seal of approval on anything. They ask questions and request more photos if necessary. Not enough accurate, i could make the same check, no serial.number were checked. I lost 18 € just to have very poor authentification. Lost of money. I find it scandalous.

Great customer service and turnaround times
Great customer service which is greatly appreciated in a time when many apps no longer have actual people to connect with. Any issues were addressed efficiently and accurately. The app is quick and easy to use and love the standard 12 hour turnaround time, you can pay for a quick response, but a 12 hour standard is fantastic for my needs. Strongly recommend this app for good prices, customer service and usability.

I have used LegitGrails for about many items this year. I appreciate their level of detail, that they follow up when they don’t have enough information or images, and the speed of their work. The fact that they follow up and ask for more pictures or information, shows me that they’re not blindly taking money and authenticating a bag or item. For the money you spend, you need piece of mind, and this company provides that. Additionally, if you’re going to sell a bag or a wallet, having an authentication certificate will really help the sale of the bag if the certificate is from a legit and reputable company.

LegitGrails is a SCAM - BEWARE!!!
LegitGrails is an absolute SCAM, it's been a nightmare dealing with them**!!**
Here's my story:
About a year ago I purchased a handbag from eBay (without authenticity guarantee, it came directly from the seller). I had it authenticated with LegitGrails by sending detailed photos of the bag and it came back as authentic. I was happy, scored a great deal and moved on with life.
Fast forward to one year later, I decided to sell the bag and get another piece for my closet. The buyer asked for me to get an entrupy certificate for piece of mind, which I did not mind. I found a well-rated consignment store that provided entrupy authentication services and dropped off the bag to be authenticated. An hour later, I came back to find out that the bag "could not be identified", which means that the bag is a fake. We tried twice and the result was the same both times.
I reached out to eBay immediately and they told me that since it's been more than 30 days, there was nothing they could do. I also reached out to the seller and of course I did not hear back. eBay suggested I reach out to my bank and dispirit the charge but Amex said that since it's been more than 90 days, there's nothing they could do.
I took it to LegitGrails since they were the ones who provided me with the authentication service and were inaccurate and wrong. They told me that they would "arrange a completely double check by a senior authenticator" and the bag came up as fake...It was fake all along...
Despite their mistake, they are not willing to help in any way shape of form, despite tons of back and fourth on this matter.
Just be aware that whatever LegitGrails service can not be trusted and you will be left on your own in case something goes wrong.
