Would not recommend support was not helpful. Wasted 15usd as my order was incorrectly made and was not able to change the time frame from 12 hours to 2 hour. Was told sorry make a new order. Very disappointing.

Inconsistent with times and lack of expert knowledge
I have used this service 3 times. The first time went ok, I paid for fast authentication and it was a little late, but acceptable. The 2nd time they were over 5 hours late! The 3rd time they were unable to even identify the model of the bag they are supposed to be "experts" in. Bad service, waste of money. Never again.

This place sucks. Three times I tried to get them to authenticate a pair of Air Jordan 1’s. They refused each time, stating some nonsense about the items being too old and valuable. Wow, really? Thanks! That’s why I need your “experts”! Stay away, they just take your money.
