Back stock keeping
Half the products are out of stock which is incredibly frustrating. Shipping fees are extremely expensive and of course when they offer free shipping for order over 20€, everything you want to buy is out of stock so you can't enjoy it.

To be honest, we see our products being out of stock as being a very good thing, proving that we are victims of our own success because, yes, most things tend to sell out two weeks before Christmas as our products are rarely seen here in Ireland.
Also, it's weird you mention our shipping being "extremely expensive" as your only two orders with us from November and last week both included FREE SHIPPING. Any orders lower than the minimum order required for free shipping (currently €20) is only €10 for anywhere in Ireland - a deal, considering we lose money for every shipment as the courier company charges us more for 24 hour delivery. I really don't understand your complaint as you've never actually paid for shipping in either one of your orders so how does that merit only 2 stars.
In regard to our products, unlike most other similar retailers, all of our products are located here in our Dublin depot and we receive a shipment from France every two weeks but, as you can imagine, the Christmas season is busier than most times. We are honest, hard-working people with our company open for well over a year now and, as you can see from our 99.9% 5-star rating, our loyal customers seem to agree that we're doing a pretty good job - bringing French/Belgian products to Ireland at a reasonable price within a short time period. We look forward to seeing you again, Julie.

I ordered on Thursday afternoon and got delivered on Friday. Got a text in the morning to confirm a time range for the delivery.
Products are very good and prices are reasonable compared to usual french products in Ireland
