Order made on 26th April 2020. Received on 3rd July 2020. Neither the tracking system, nor the client service provided much info in the meantime. Due to covid, I can understand a delay but some explanations and some more customer care could have been provided. The quality of the product is below expectation. LegRepublic has now rebranded to TrueTights. I would not recommend to buy from any of those two.

Order placed on May 9, finally received on June 29. I ordered an athletic set (sports bra and yoga pants), and the sewing is skewed on the sports bra so it doesn’t lay flat and the leggings are so-so. I mean it was very cheap, so you get what you pay for. At some point during the wait I checked the order status link on the email they sent me after I placed my order and it went to a website not in service anymore, so I guess they switched companies. I was able to get in touch with someone and they sent me a new tracking #. After a few more weeks I escalated a complaint with PayPal and someone from the company contacted me with another tracking link and the items did eventually arrive. They had some really good marketing, that’s how they got me, but very Chinese. I mean the items literally were shipped on a boat from China, hence the massive delay.

Terrible customer service. My order took 8 weeks to come and it looks like something is wrong w the sizes - somehow they are US x-small and nothing fits. Does anyone know how to return and get my money back? No website or insta handle is found as of today. I emailed customer service and hoping to hear something back. In the meantime - if anyone is a size x-small or small and want to have my order please let me know and I can try to ship to you! It looks like the new website is under truetights.com no idea how things changed this fast over night but I got a reply back from customer service and for returns they are asking you to pay for it...

Ordered two months ago, never received them and now there is no more website!

I paid for the order more than 6 weeks ago but the items haven't arrived yet and I'm not sure they will ever come.

Size totally off. I ordered an S and I didnt fit in at all even tho all my other sportleggings are size S too. It felt like XS or even smaller

Terrible customer service. Took 2 months for a pair of legging to get to me. This company is in China. So their merchandise is Over priced and poor quality. Forget about making a return/ exchange. Because you’d have to pay out of pocket for the package to go to China! Even one star is too much for this rip off website.

Love the leggings I now own 4 pair but have had major issues with snags and runs in them

Ordered beginning of May, still no items! They keep telling me it’s coming. Has anyone even received anything from them? Can we take them to court? I have asked them to send another shipment, let’s see what happens. Hmmm

I placed an order in May - I have had no notification that my order would be delayed but they have taken money from my account with no explanation and have not answered my emails to find out where my items are?

It’s been more than 3 months and never received anything...

Ordered, paid, 7 weeks later and no items - Company won’t issue a refund as say problem is with Royal Mail and they dispatched. Made me do all the leg work on hold to Royal Mail for hours to get a claim number on behalf of them and still have been in no rush to help me. Still chasing my refund and doing all the communication for them to claim back off Royal Mail. Shouldn’t be my problem that their provider didn’t deliver and how they get their money back. I am a customer who paid them for an item Seven weeks ago that never arrived - never had such hard work ordering a simple piece of clothing.

Never answer the phone - Don’t order!

After about three months of me arguing with the over email that the tracking isn’t working, they finally came to the conclusion that my package was lost. After that they told me to email about get a new tracking number for a new package, then proceeded to keep looking at the old tracking number until I went mad over email that this was the worst customer service I ever dealt with a few days later I got the package ... so fast which I mean was impressive considering it was lost for three months or longer !! The leggings were see through ?!!! Like not worth it

I NEVER RECIEVED MY PURCHASED AND PAID ITEMS!!! ORDERED ON 14.05.20 AND NOW IT SAYS THE SITE DOESN'T EXIST!!!

Scam!!! Please report them when you see them on instagram

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Do not purchase from this company. Ordered in April and did not receive until end of June. I understand there is a pandemic and shipping is behind, but I haven’t had this bad of an experience with any other online orders during this time. Pieces run small and I was sent black instead of the tan color that I ordered. Now cannot find their website or Instagram handle to message for refund. Although it looks as though (from previous Reviews) they would not give one even if I could find their online presence. Worth spending the extra $50 on a set from Alo or Lululemon!

I’ve ordered 2 items In April and now in late July I still didn’t receive it. I’ve asked for a refound and they said No!
Absolutely unacceptable!

Do not trust this company. Selling cheap rubbish from China as a premium product. When you ask for a refund they make you return the product to China by tracked mail making it not worth doing so they don't have to refund.

Good product, but the clothes arrived after a month, long excesive wait
