This company, which was supposed to be serious and professional, turned out to be a nasty surprise as a B2B supplier of CBD products. We had opened a business account on their website and after a few months, through one of their representatives, we decided to order 4 liters of broad-spectrum oil (CBD + CBN and CBC) after reading the lab analysis sent to us by a representative.
Before paying, we clearly conducted our own checks both on their website in our buyer area and on the invoice they sent. We noticed they were cleverly trying to sell us isolate oil (only CBD with no therapeutic entourage effect) as broad-spectrum. They used both fake lab analysis and a description on the invoice that read: "CBD oil broad spectrum - isolate." This is completely impossible for anyone who has worked with cannabinoids for decades.
In fact, the oil can be isolate (only CBD, with a limited therapeutic effect), or it can be broad-spectrum or full-spectrum (with a significant therapeutic effect and a higher cost). But for this company, "broad-spectrum isolate" oil exists, which is a non-existent thing. Isolate oil costs very little; broad-spectrum costs much more, with a difference in therapeutic effect on the endocannabinoid system and neurotransmitters like dopamine and serotonin, which are chemical messengers that transmit signals between neurons—the nerve cells in the brain and the rest of the body.
The final result of this experience was: dishonest lab analysis, an attempted fraudulent sale, a complete lack of knowledge of the subject matter, and to top it all off, they closed our account because we caught on to their deception. Our only consolation is that we saved our client and provided them with the oil they genuinely needed for their customers—broad-spectrum oil that works well on both the GABAergic and glutamate systems, with calming effects on anxiety and stress. The company in question offered no apologies and closed our account without explanation.

1. As written in this comment your request was "broad-spectrum oil (CBD + CBN and CBC)" so the term broad spectrum oil generally use implies that it does not contain all cannabinoids as the Full Spectrum, implies the entourage effect will not be present. (Except if it's a remediated one that is way more expensive that your proforma price and for people who work in industry from a long time knows that can be that product for that price)
Moreover, you didn't want the lab to use Isolate to get the precise amount of CBN and CBC... It seems there are contradictory request :(
2. The best way to get a high and precise level of both naturally rare cannabinoids such CBN and CBD in a augmented oil is to use Isolates. Otherwise, you cannot reach precise level of both CBC and CBN as the Oil out of natural distillate from crude because contains a proportion of cannabinoids that reflects exactly the natural presence of those cannabinoids in the plant. CBN and CBC are rare... So if you want high level and precise ones => Isolates. Otherwise it is very very complicated to combined naturakl oild distillate extracts and try to create precise levels playing with dilution of distillates. Normallyn to answer your specfiic request > Full Spectrum remediated + CBN/CBC isolates add to reach precise level so you get entourage from hundred of minors and the powerfull effect of BCN/CBC high level artifically augmented.
3. We had a look to our exchanges and you didn't mentionned that your were looking a Full Spectrum that has been remediated (Full Spectrum where you remediate the THC, so you have a Broad Spectrum with a relative Entourage effect, within the industry, most of the time Broad Spectrum implies isolates and no THC and no entourage effect)
4. We do have some Full Spectrum oil on our website and the offers are public, you take the screen of the Isolate ones, we do not hide it or cheat.
5. You mentionned an invoice that is wrong, we do not emit invoice, you have received a Proforma. We didn't charge company or force anyone. Our invoices are emitted only when paid.
6. We do not use or produce fake lab reports.
7. You never bought from us, you were not respectful on the phone with the team and your employee finally threatened us to ask you to put bad feedback everywhere as you did.
We are very sad because we operates from 4 years now across Europe and that is the first time that someone that didn't bought from us after a blurry request put bad feedback on Google and Truspilot. We wonder if you are not a competitor, selling also to professionals to justify such a behavior.
