This is a first class one stop property…

This is a first class one stop property agency which works on a very local knowledge based approach.

Both sales and Lettings, the service you get is professional, personal and exceptionally efficient

The staff take time to understand your needs as a client and their property portfolio and give an incredible tailored service which coupled with their outstanding network in the industry makes these an absolutely outstanding agency

This is so much more than the usual gateway to the internet property platforms

Legrys letting

I moved into a new apartment a few months ago, and Sophie at Legrys made the whole experience really smooth. She was warm, friendly, and easy to talk to, and always happy to help with any questions I had. Having her as my point of contact took a lot of stress out of the move and made everything feel very straightforward. Thanks Sophie.

We had an excellent service from…

We had an excellent service from Legrys. The market was challenging and they produced excellent marketing materials and were always positive and encouraging that we would find a buyer. Once we secured a sale, they worked tirelessly to get us to completion. I would thoroughly recommend.

Great experience with Sophie

We had a great experience dealing with Sophie while renting our current flat. From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.
Sophie was always highly responsive, returning our phone calls and emails promptly and keeping us updated. She is a genuinely nice person to deal with, really recommend her!

Legrys lettings

As a landlord I have used Legrys letting several times. Not only have they been quick in getting me tenants but they have been very helful with agreements, arranging deposits, check-in check-outs and generally with good advice, specially Jo Irwin, very knowledgeable.

First class letting agents!

I cannot speak highly enough of LeGrys! They have been managing my property for 5 years now and the service gets better year on year. The communication is great, their knowledge is excellent and if I need anything they respond immediately. I would highly recommend LeGrys to anyone thinking of using a management agency for their property.

Sale of property st Kew highway Cornwall

Legrys helped us so much in the sale of my cottage in Cornwall. Jack in particular had a great knowledge of older properties. All of the estate agents were respectful and there was excellent communication after each viewing. The sale from offer to completion was within 10 weeks. Thank you Legrys.

Save yourself time,effort and money go somewhere else

Ok dont normally take time to write a review for bad service , but this time I make an exception.
If i was a landlord I would not use this company ,I will elaborate.
So you i found a property with Legrys to let, so I did the usual forms and I called to explain the situation due to us living in Derbyshire and relocating to Cornwall. So explaining this and the 2 week window every month have to view.
So next thing im having txt messages from Bella who is the AI which in turn after 10 messages says a viewing between 9 -11 on a certain date, Which we think great. Then you call the day before because no one has confirmed to be told oh no dont pay any attention to our AI . So let's get this straight your using AI infrastructure that is either unfit for purpose or incompetent aren't using it correctly?
So you become slightly irritable that this has happened to be told by a staff member he knows who he is that AI bot isn't correctly working. Followed by a disingenuous apology in fact ive heard better apologies from MP's . So we move on to behold can I send another form through to an email address that doesn't work. I tried on multiple emails from different providers. So you i call again to the answer errrrrr I dont know send it to different address. So speaking to a gentleman which i wont name asking about a viewing to be told Saturday. OK then you call to confirm to be told oh no we are looking for viewings 10 days later. In return I got the most disingenuous apology. This has been a shambles .
The company has no communication,
A disingenuous staff who just give you lip service.
An AI infrastructure thats doesn't work for what ever reason.
Most of all an awful customer experience.
In my opinion landlords and people looking to let stay away. There are better companies

We have completed a formal review of your complaint and the subsequent interactions with our team. Please see our findings below:

Staff Conduct: I have personally reviewed the call recordings, emails, and the AI interactions with you. While our team members are in the early stages of their careers, the recordings show they remained polite under difficult circumstances. You started your call with B implying you had a firm booking but couldn’t remember the time which in fairness, was inaccurate. We do not find that they were rude, disrespectful, or dismissive; however, we have used this as a training opportunity regarding call de-escalation. You singled out F to say that he had been extremely professional and polite (a fact you did not include in your review sadly) and his emails to you on 2 April are very clear that he would contact you to confirm any appointment in due course. In this case, after the bank holiday weekend and after his annual leave on Tuesday, he was back in the office on Wednesday and that’s when we first knew that the original viewing plan had been changed.
Viewing Availability: As previously communicated, the property is currently occupied. We must respect the rights of the current tenants, who were unable to provide access for the provisional window of 11th April. We are now working toward viewings for the week of 20th April, well in advance of the new tenancy starting at the end of May. It is unfortunate that in this instance we couldn’t fit in with your itinerary but this really was beyond our control.
AI System Issues: We appreciate you highlighting the error regarding the incorrect email address provided by the automated system. This has been reported to the software provider for immediate rectification. As the system noted, the AI system cannot confirm appointments independently; manual confirmation from a staff member is always required and I can see this was relayed to you by the AI system who wouldn’t have picked up that you were already in the system under your name. It is new and innovative technology and there are teething issues which do require addressing and we politely request some patience to be given until we get it absolutely right.
We believe your recent review does not accurately reflect the sequence of events or the professional efforts made by F and the rest of the team.

We just moved out from one of the property which we rented by legrys, which was on 55 calverly road, and Sophie did amazing job during our entire stay and move out process, she helped us with everything we needed and also supported &suggested during our stay in calverly house.

Did not feel safe on a viewing

Despite an email to head office and a negative review I have heard nothing. I had the unfortunate experience of doing a viewing with an agent who failed to respect my boundaries including personal information and private finances - at a point where no such information was required above the basic information you would expect to provide. Felt very unsafe and was subjected to unnecessary comments by enforcing those boundaries.

Really amazing experience over many years…

I rented through Legrys for many years and they were fantastic.Especially Della who has always responded to any concerns,been extremely supportive and has undertaken regular inspections with integrity and trust.I would like to thank the team for everything and my landlady for letting me live in this wonderful place.

At the end of my tenancy

At the end of my tenancy, the estate agents had tried to imply that I (the tenant) had left the property in a poor state. The landlords wanted 2/3 of the deposit and was supported by the estate agents to instruct this. When the deposit went to adjudication, to my complete satisfaction they were awarded a small amount for some minor defects. Do not put your trust in this estate agents, they are only there to support the landlords. Legrys Cranbrook.

Terrible experience- Avoid this company

I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to share my experience. The way this company treated not only me but also my family was absolutely unacceptable. Their behavior was unprofessional and downright disrespectful. We were left feeling frustrated, hurt, and completely let down. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Don’t let this company disappoint you the way the did us.

Do not use waste time

What a waste of time. Booked an appointment 4 days before the date
Set all the house up for a Market valuation waited over 45 mins at the property with a no show 🤬🤬
Called the office three times was told they would call me back. 15 mins later eventually the surveyor called me and promptly very rudely told me no appointment had been confirmed and nobody is attending today
I said it was confirmed on Friday with me and his reply ..Not what my email says so he had an email but can’t call me REALLY
Very unprofessional outfit don’t waste your time

Incredible service!!

We have just sold our house with Legrys. Anna supported us the whole way through. From the beginning Anna went above and beyond to deliver amazing communication and was so positive throughout. She actually cared and it felt like ours was the only house she was selling. She was always extremely quick to respond and update. I would absolutely recommended Anna and the team.
