A whole year of LBB 🩷
Can’t actually believe how much my body has changed in the last year!! I’m so glad I took the photos, I’d got to a place where I really didn’t like what I saw in the mirror and felt so uncomfortable in my body. I didn’t really exercise much and although I didn’t eat badly, I was definitely guilty of a few too many treats a bit too often! But now, I love exercising and do most days, I miss when I don’t! I feel so much fitter and stronger and much more confident that my clothes fit much better now I’m not worrying what to wear all the time. Thank you so much for the amazing workouts and recipes as well as all the support and guidance you give for the most incredibly reasonable price .. just what this single mumma needed (and could afford!). Here’s to the next core builder and then the next year of LBB 🥰
I’ve been doing it wrong all these years!
I’ve known Kate for 5+ years now having attended her ‘in person’ classes before Covid & then followed her socials too. Having seen some of the before/after pics from her Core Builder programme I was very intrigued but baring in mind I don’t enjoy the gym or working out, I was sceptical I could get rid of my ‘mum tum’.
Fast forward two months later having completed the course, I now have my very own ‘before & after’ pictures which in fairness are only just the beginning for me. Kate is the most encouraging and caring mentor during the programme giving you an opportunity to speak both within a group forum but also to her personally whenever you should need. Every workout/move can be tailored to suit your individual requirements therefore alleviating that dreaded feeling of ‘oh I can’t do that’ therefore ultimately leading to failure.
Kate is also superb at advising you about other areas contributing to fitness for example: diet, nutrition, specific muscle/area concerns. And, she’s a mum! There is no better person to speak to than someone who’s been there and that’s what makes Kate a great person to have in your life!
If you are considering of joining Kate in anyway shape or form, I promise it won’t be wasted. As long as you are honest and put in the time, you really can have the body you want!

Exceptional value for money!
I found Legs, Bums & Bubbas by fluke on a mums' Facebook group, and I never thought Kate's workouts would become such a valuable part of my day to day life. I wanted a way to become more active and healthier without having to join a gym and dedicate hours of my week to it, and to be honest I expected the process of getting fit would make me stressed and miserable. I couldn't have been more wrong. Kate's short but effective workouts are fantastic - not only have I lost fat and built muscle but I've also had fun and feel good! The camaraderie and support via the members' Facebook group sounds a cliché but it really is fantastic for spurring me through those difficult days when I'm lacking motivation. After joining I quickly upgraded my membership to access the recipes as well. The whole family have enjoyed these! In addition, I recently signed up to do Kate's Core Builder live programme, which gave me access to a live Zoom workout each week and a series of targetted video workouts to practice in-between. This has resulted in a stronger body, an improved posture and a flat tummy! Through the Core Builder sessions, I've also gained a wonderful smaller group of mummies who have been on the same journey and who offer support and chat via WhatsApp. I have never been someone who enjoys exercise (it's always been a chore for me), but I now genuinely look forward to Kate's workouts, which have become a hugely important part of my day.

Kate firstly I would like to say that you should be so proud of yourself that you created exercises and a community that empowers women and mums and it's a safe place to be understood 💗
Secondly joining was one of the best decisions after my babies and the core builder program was the best investment 💪
I feel amazing yes it is hard work and nobody else will do it for you but definitely pays off my ( two and half finger) abs separation is nearly completely healed, my back pain is so minimal I can't remember having it as good even before kids so wow a massive thank you
I have to say I haven't took progress pictures yet so I'm excited about that too but as much as I said before everything else what I wished from this you 100% delivered 👍🥰

Everyone needs a Kate in their life!
I joined LBB when I was undergoing IVF in the hope of regaining a fitness level. I then unexpectedly got pregnant naturally- which unfortunately resulted in a miscarriage. After eating my feeling’s, I decided wnough was enough and when Kate advertised her core builder programme, I knew this was my chance to get my lazy fat ass (and stomach) in shape. The ladies in the group could were so nice and welcoming. With Kate’s and the ladies support from the group, I managed to turn my mindset around and found I was enjoy exercising again and also seen results in a short space of time. I also found myself choosing to take advantage of my monthly membership I was paying for but not using and work my way though more classes each week.
Thank you for all your help Kate and the core builder class of May 2024 for being so kind and welcoming. Highly recommend not only the membership to a non mum, the core builder not only builds your core but your confidence!! xx

LBB to good to be missed perfect for busy mums
I have been trying to write this review for ages but no words seem to quite give justice to how amazing Legs, Bums and Bubbas is, Kate has created a kind, welcoming community and she offers well rounded workouts that work for everyone. Kate is so supportive and responds to any questions or queries.
I have recently joined the core builder it has really taken my workouts to another level, I feel physically stronger and can notice a difference in my overall shape and posture, I am super sad that the 4 weeks have come to an end. But grateful that I am no longer getting back pain or sciatic pain. To give context I have been working with physios for months to try and fix the issues but no joy, 4 weeks of strengthening my core and the pain is gone!
Legs bum and Bubbas has really slotted into my daily routine. The challenge cards been a great addition to my workouts as I don’t have to think and they really give you motivation to try and achieve bingo.
Kate’s bubbly, energetic enthusiasm really brings joy to my day you, she makes pressing play easy and gives me the push I need, I have been using her stretch videos to help me unwind and switch off and this has really helped my sleep.
Thank you so much Kate, I really feel like you’re helping me to get back on track and find myself again. So grateful to have LBB.
Anyone that is feeling lost on where to start with excercise whether it be to lose weight, tone or just to generally be healthier then look no further, what Kate has created is so achievable and isn’t just a Fad that you’ll do for a few weeks and stop it’s super achievable and becomes a way of life. You definitely won’t be disappointed.

Core Builder Programme
I recently joined the core builder programme after being an LBB member for about 2 years and I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to strengthen their core and focus more on the tummy area.
I have loved focusing more on my core and completing the workouts set by Kate each week. It definitely isn't easy but I can feel the burn after the workouts and it's made such a difference!! I can also feel a difference when I'm doing the other workouts too engaging my core properly but also other muscles in other workouts.
It's strange that the workouts seem both easier and harder at the same time too, I feel stronger so can do the workouts easier or for longer but I can feel it after too which I haven't for a while in the core area anyway.
So glad I signed up for the core builder ❤️ it's definitely made such a difference in so many ways from strength, body shape to no longer suffering with sciatica pain!! I'm sad the 4 weeks are over but I'm going to still add some of the workouts each week especially the harder ones from week 4!!
I wouldn't look how I do now without LBB because honestly I absolutely hated exercise before LBB.. I would do 10 mins and give up, if I felt a little out of breath or sweaty I'd stop and think I can't do it. The workouts are just so different/fun, the meals/snacks are so nice and I love the members group everyone is so lovely and helpful. Also, the challenges just every week being different. Even on days I have no motivation I always know I'll feel better after a workout!! So thank you for all the support and everything you put into the website, Facebook group and the lives etc!! ❤️

Sustainable exercise for busy mums!
LBB is brilliant the workouts are exactly what you make of them, if you dont have time / energy theres the quick 7 minute workouts. if you want to challenge yourself theres full workouts, resistance band, ball workouts hiit, cardio and advanced workouts the list goes on! Theres something to suit everyone and kate is constantly coming up with new workouts, new videos and new challenges it never gets boring! Kates whole approach is to make exercise and healthy eating accessible and sustainable for busy mums! Its not a crazy resticitve diet or a structured workout plan its flexible for you. The Facebook group is super supportive, theres no competition all the ladies cheer each other on its a fabulous community and its the best way to stay accountable! Kate herself is so supportive too always cheering us on and giving hints and tips. It's the best fitness community I have found everyone is in the same position busy mum life and know the struggles! If your debating just give it a go for a Month!

Kates programme is honestly the best, it really works, she offers a realistic workout and diet plan to fit around you instead of the other way around.
I have never stuck to anything but I have been with Kate for a year now. I have dropped from a size 14 to a size 8 and now I'm working on toning. My aches and pains are all gone and I feel stronger than ever. I joined Kate after my second baby and I honestly hated my body and how I felt. Now I not only feel so much happier with my self, I'm really enjoying the journey of getting fit.
Kate work outs are 10-15 minutes each making them realistic to squeeze in to your day, even when your a busy mum. All her recepies are super quick also making them realistic, while being super yummy.
There's literally nothing she hasn't thought about. There's always new challenges and she's always thinking of more tools to provide us with, and it really shows. It's simply amazing. And the price. £6.99 for diet and exercise. 5.99 just exercise. It's mind blowing. The quality time and passion Kate puts in to this is really worth so much more but she wants to keep it affordable for mummies. Absolutely amazing.

Monika with a strong core!
I have been following Kate for ages and in March decided to join the Core builder. I needed exercise and core was the one my heart was the closest too as it's been neglected since having 2 kids. With Kate's guidance and amazing workouts yet again once strong core is back to it's finest! No more lower back ache, no more slouching, working at the allotment leaves me tired not stiff and achey, and even going on rides in Legoland was so much easier with a strong core. I'm on holiday so giving myself some credit and joining the website for more amazing results and workouts and recipes to die for! Highly recommend!

Finally feel like I can get my pre baby self back!!!
I have been following Kate on social media for a while now. I finally took the plunge and signed up for the core builder course. IT IS AMAZING!!! And so much more than I expected, Kate keeps it real, she knows what it is like being a mum and trying to juggle everything. Explaining everything in a way that is straight forward and easy to understand. She is motivational without being full on. I have now joined the website and can't wait to continue.

Absolute game changer
Absolute game changer! The workouts are quick and effective and suitable for all abilities. I love that I can get a workout in every day ever with two toddlers. The weekly plan that Kate posts in group is a live saver as it takes the pressure off thinking about what exercise to do.
Kate is always on hand to guide and support you, from messages to live chats.
The Core Builder program that is available is amazing and completely changed my workouts.

I 100% recommend LBB to anyone who is on the fence or skeptical! It's so worth it! LBB has changed my outlook on food and exercise, I actually want to exercise and I actually enjoy doing it even when they are tough! The workouts are set for all levels so you can start right from the bottom and work your way up! Kate is so supportive with everyone too, she will reply to everyone no matter how many messages she gets! She really makes the extra effort for everyone! The Facebook group is such a special place and so motivating as you see everyone's achievements and want to be one of them too! The workouts are short and really good to fit around mum life! My little boy often joins me! Kate's recipes are just do die for! Even my partner says they are the best meals he's had for a long time! It really suits all the family my son eats them all too! The snacks are easy and really help with a sweet tooth like me! I wouldn't be without LBB now and really feel my goals are actually achievable! Thank you so much Kate!

My experience of LBB
I’m classified, maybe, as an ‘older’ Mum.. my daughter is 19 and severely disabled. I love fitness and trying to be healthy but found it so difficult to find a group I can be part of that means I can fit workouts effectively into my life.
LBB has been amazing. The community of wonderful woman that support and encourage each other is brilliant. The workouts are perfect for woman’s bodies, strength work is essential to me and you can choose which workouts to fit in with your day, but there’s also a weekly guide to help.
Kate, the founder of LBB is inspirational. There is a friendly, personal approach where it’s really clear she knows her stuff and genuinely cares about her members.
Kate has taken time out to check in on me at certain times, offer support and help lift me up. She’s always there in the group and her whole approach to fitness and wellbeing is spot on. I have never found a better group to be part of. 😊 I absolutely LOVE the workouts
