Very poor quality
Very poor quality, and terribly expensive, shoes fallen apart after not even a one season. Producer would not offer any exchange or return of the product. Terrible customer service.

Poor communications with Irish Supplier
I ordered a pair of Energy Black barefoot shoes from the Irish supplier over 4 weeks ago. Apart from the order confirmation, I've heard nothing. An email asking for an ETA of shipment has been met with no response. So disappointed - the shoes I ordered look fantastic and I was looking forward to receiving them in time for Xmas. I will be attempting to cancel my order this weekend if I hear nothing back - just a wall of silence so far. if anyone from Leguano GmBH are reading this, I would be ever grateful if someone could step in and resolve

Poor post-purchase communication from Irish distributor
I received a pair of Kosmo boots and Activ shoes a week ago. Both are very attractive and generally super comfortable. The seller was very helpful while I was deciding which models to buy, and he happily answered my questions. There was a delay in shipping, and very little communication from the seller after I'd paid online. I've worn the boots a few times, and the inside seam on one of them rubs against my foot (it hasn't been sewn as neatly as the seam in the other boot). I've emailed the seller about this and received no response.
