We used Leicester Executive Chauffeurs Ltd in early September for my sister and elderly parents to come to the Isle of Wight for a holiday.
From the point of booking to the day of travel the service and communication from Mark was excellent. Tony Barber the driver could not have been more helpful. His driving skills were excellent allowing for a totally stress free ride. He was kind and empathetic to my parents needs and they felt fully at ease and confident. My sister and parents could not could speak more highly of Tony and are still singing his praises! They had a great holiday made more so by the ease of travelling to and from the Island thanks to Tony and Leicester Executive Chauffeurs Ltd.

Mark provided the reassuringly reliable service we needed to travel to and from our daughter's wedding, going the 'extra mile' along the venue drive and negotiating access for the return pick-up. Very comfortable journeys in the Mercedes V class. Much appreciated in avoiding stresses on the day.

A bit of a late(ish) booking for a wedding car for the groom which was very well handled. Mark contacted me the very next morning after submitting a quote request in the evening, we discussed my requirements and he gave a very competetive quote, even upgrading from the E-class to the S-class. We agreed timings and he was prompt, arriving to-the-minute at the agreed arrival time.

I worked with Mark at Leicester Executive Chauffers to arrange 2 x talent transfers for C-suite executives for a film shoot. The process was incredible secure and the drivers were great. We had quite a few changes and nuances to the request and it was all handled brilliantly. I was remote managing from New York and Mark kept me up do speed and was very responsive.

LEC drove my wife and I to our first evening out in months. We were concerned about a long journey in a car, but wanted to be able to fully enjoy the evening.

The car was very clean and had been prepared extremely well for COVID 19 conditions.

Our car arrived in good time to take bride and bride's father on the short journey to the church. The car was beautifully clean and, unexpectedly, decorated with wedding ribbons which was a lovely bonus and the driver, Mark, was polite and friendly. Because we were running late, Mark made an extra trip to take bride's mother and maid of honour to the church (they had been planning to order a taxi). So we all got to the church (nearly) on time!
