Absolutely awful service. The name was spelt incorrectly on the funeral flowers in the hearse. Rang to complain and was told by a very rude man that it's done now! He told us he didn't need our review - well here it is! There was no apology or empathy, he was hideous! Especially at such a difficult time for our family.
