Exceptional Service from a Wonderful Team
I had a fantastic experience at Layton’s Eye & Hearing Clinic. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful. Both the eye and hearing tests were carried out by highly professional and engaging members of the team.
The staff who helped me choose my frames and lenses were equally attentive and gave great advice, including explaining the available plan, which really helped take the sting out of the cost!
Everyone went above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Layton’s. A genuinely excellent experience from start to finish.

I ordered my first pair of spectables in about 12 years from Leightons Opticians & Hearing Care. The staff were welcoming and friendly. They organized an appointment where a very patient optician took my measurements. The new glasses themselves are fantastic. They make my heavy computer work so much easier. My only gripe - and it is a very minor one is that they said the new glasses would be ready in 1 week when in fact it took 2 weeks to arrive. This was not an big issue for me because I simply carried on using my existing pair of glasses.

Free hearing test
I booked in a free hearing test with Leightons on the Avenue Southampton. The staff were attentive from start to finish. The audiologist who completed the test was extremely thorough and explained the findings clearly. She provided appropriate follow on care and was extremely reassuring. Cannot recommend them enough.
