Horrible shopping experience!
Still no package delivered for 30 days now, everything was in stock when ordering. Mailed customer service 3 times over 2 weeks time and they have not replied yet. Tried calling customer service and they dont answer, calls get disconnected after 30min in a phone queue.
The strange thing is that the company apparently have staff working on their facebook page so it seems like its needed to write your order number on their facebook wall to get an answer from customer service. Get your priorities right Lekmer!

Ordered a Chricco liteway 2 on the 2nd of Dec and still haven’t gotten anything but the order confirmation. Tried to reach out to their customer service to get an update on 8th of December and haven’t heard anything. To me, bad service is better than no service. Failed.

I had been trying to find a package with all stuffs for a new born. I visited few websites for baby seat, stroller etc and I think Lekmer has got some fantastic product and price for some products are relatively reasonable than others and seems a reliable place to shop.

Quick and great service
My husband and I bought "Carena, Fårö lux, Åkpåse" with online payment but it was out of stock. Since we have paid in advance so we contacted the customer service. The response was very quick, within 12 hours and the problem was already solved then. We would like to thank Sara, the customer service person, for doing great job. We are very happy with the items we ordered, good quality for reasonable price.
We would recommend this website and hope to come back as the customer again.
