Sitz der Website ist in Deutschland, die Website wird nach geltendem deutschen Recht betrieben etc. Die Hotline für die Website ist auch in deutscher Sprache, die Anfragen beim Support wurden ebenfalls in fehlerfreiem Deutsch beantwortet. d.h. also keine Hotline im Ausland o.ä.
Das Portal ist auch für Leute in Österreich und der Schweiz verfügbar. Gesucht wird in den jeweiligen Ländern über eine regionale (Umkreis)Suche nach Stadt, Region, Gemeinde und Postleitzahl.
Die Singlebörse bietet auch eine Art von "Geld-zurück-Funktion", bei nicht beantworteten Nachrichten erhalten Mitglieder ihren Einsatz zurück.
