I have to agree with the other negative comments. The material of the leggings is cheap and stretches out very easily (after the first wear), and as a result they tend to constantly slide down when worn.
On top of that, the shipping took forever.

I am writing this review after reading detailed and concerning accounts regarding the new Lelosi store in Bratislava. While this is not my personal employment experience, learning how this company reportedly treats its staff has deeply disappointed me, and I can no longer recommend them.

According to these credible reports, the company culture appears highly toxic. I was shocked to hear that management allegedly:

- Mistreats employees: Reports include yelling at staff and firing multiple employees while they were on sick leave.
- Forces aggressive sales: Sales assistants are reportedly forced to use scripts that require pestering customers and dishonesty—telling customers items "fit perfectly" even when they don't.
-Misleads on quality: Items marketed as "cashmere" allegedly contain as little as 10% cashmere, raising questions about the high prices for what is mostly polyester.

I believe in supporting businesses that value their employees and are honest with their customers. Hearing that staff are pressured to work with high fevers or are fired without cause makes it impossible for me to support this brand moving forward. Proceed with caution.

The quality of the material lelosi uses has decreased to a level that you can not wear an item for longer than a few times before it starts ripping apart. It is way overpriced, their customer service never helps with any faults. They offered me a voucher for 5 eur rather than exchange for new product which was within warranty. They will do their utmost to get more money from their customers rather than doing a simple exchange. Im not willing to spend another 50 eur to obtain a garment which wont hold together. I was stupid and bought about 20 items from them and they give me such poor customer service. Avoid and spend your money elsewhere.

I didnt get refund despite the fact they received items and write an email that the tranfser has been done.

I ordered 2 pairs of leggins following their guidelines for measurements. They have them WRONG! I never thought it might cause any problems as i can always return them and get the right size the next time. However, there is no return address. No phone to get in touch. No chat. NOTHING! Only one email that has been ignored for the last 3 weeks. There is no way for me to return these leggins or get my money back. Thank you! Never buy from companies which have a dodgy return policy.

I returned the products but they didn't send me back my money. They don't answer emails.

Lelosi leggings do shine through! They advertise them as not. For me it is essential that when I squad, people behind me do not stare at my crack. So I asked their customer service about it and they lied about it. You can see through the leggings when you squad, dont be fooled.

3 years ago quality was great, today it is cheap trash that will lose color in first wash (gentle program). Return impossible, they will just lie - check reviews!! Don't buy, you wast your money

In the beginning, the tights were great, made of thick material. Now, they are see-through, they wear out between the legs so fast but the price is still the same. My daughter also wears them and the same goes for her tights (size 146) - even the black ones are see-through. Will NOT purchase from them again, trying to find a higher quality alternative.

Haven't received return/refund. They stopped answering. More than a month now. That means - they retain my money, they owe me money.

IF YOU HAVE SIMILAR PROBLEM REPORT THEM TO THE EUROPEAN ANTI-FRAUD OFFICE (OLAF), just fill in the form! And if we all do this, there's a possibility for a very good revenge!
This company is a pure fraud, this is not incompetence or neglicence, THEY ARE CHEATING YOU ON PUROPSE!!!

It's impossible to exchange or return an item... so disappointed as it was one of my favorite brands. The pick up was promised three times, each time the courier didn't arrive and I have not received any calls from them. They promised to fix the situation but then stopped responding and I have not heard back from anyone again. Two weeks later, I'm still unable to complete an exchange for the correct size.

I made the order 21.9., contacted customer service already, and as of 25.10.my order hasn't even been processed! Am I losing my money too??? You've just lost a customer. Its such a shame, as I loved your products and was already getting organised for Xmas for the family...

I'm sorry to report a negative experience I had with Lelosi. Despite returning an item and requesting a refund, I have yet to receive any refund, and my attempts to communicate with them via email have gone unanswered.

It's extremely frustrating to not receive any response or assistance when trying to resolve an issue with a retailer. As a customer, I expect to receive prompt and reliable customer service, especially when it comes to refunds and returns. Unfortunately, Lelosi has failed to meet these expectations.

They do not refund money!! Either because of politics or because of complete inadequacy.
Also, they got one product size wrong 2 times in a row!
Finally, the change/return system they follow is incredibly outdated, slow and inefficient! I mention at length:
They ask to fill out a form with personal information and my request, which was not saved, did not get a code (numeric or QR) or sent to the mail as a copy. Then I was asked to write on a piece of paper inside the envelope with the product my request (refund or exchange with such and such product).
No trucking number, no Qr code.
The communication they do is incredibly processive and full of lies and evasions.
Example: "the money will arrive in 2-3 working days" (which does not arrive) etc.

I have bought several products from this Company. I am very impressed with the materials they use, as the clothes are so well made and comfortable! I have purchased tights, tracksuit, and pyjamas, all great quality and are just as advertised. The customer service is excellent as well. Prompt reply’s to your emails, and very professional and friendly. I have recommended this company to several friends and family members, and they are all highly satisfied as well. All parcels arrived very well packed, and nicely presented. They have an excellent return service as well. A well deserved score of excellent for Lelosi!
