I had bought smart filters before with no problem..... I ordered some more at $122.40 (NZ) and never got them!! I am angry as I keep getting fobbed off! You owe me my money back!! ASAP. These people cant be trusted, disgusting!!!!

I ordered electric lighter gray they send me black after I wait more than two weeks and they don’t answer email and I paid 40£ with shipping do not buy it

I ordered something on Nov. 29th. It said on the website that it would take 18 days for me to receive my item from the day I placed my order. I instead received it a month later, missing Christmas as it was supposed to be a gift. When I asked to refund, the seller refused saying I got the item at a discounted price even though there was no discount code and no sale on my receipt. Even now when I check on the website it's actually cheaper than what I bought it for. The service was awful and unhelpful and I wouldn't recommend anyone shop here. I wish I could at least return it but apparently the seller doesn't care about customer satisfaction.

Ordered electric lighter paid £41 no delivery and no information will never use again

Ordered a sleep egg for my partner who suffers from MS, after a long while of not being delivered and tracking purely saying 'being prepared', I contacted company via their website message system...they never responded at all...eventually the Egg arrived, however opened envelope and Egg was in a torn plastic bag with a bit of sellotape, no instructions, no receipt, no anything that would identify item coming from Le Marchand Fute...seemed very cheap way of sending something where £45 paid

I received a lice comb for 50 euros . very bad quality and wanted to have a refund- they just answer my first email and never made the refund. This item had a prioce of 50 euros, all plastic made in china of very bad quality , I will never recommend this website.

Service ok. A bit of a problem with a return. But they did sort it out.

Very poor quality. Had to throw shoes out.

I ordered so white sandals in May and they have still not arrived. Discraceful!

Fake description on the website and none response after reclame

The shipping took over 2 months and the size L is so small it fit my 12 year old daughter
